Amy is absolutely amazing! I would give her 10 stars if I could. I instantly felt comfortable from my first appointment last year and I've been going to her ever since. We've done everything from lip filler, botox and even a coolsculpting session. She walks you through each and every step of every process. She's just overall a gem 💎 highly recommend her for any appointment. ❤️

I couldn’t be more impressed with this facility! I just so happened to have scheduled my first appointment during their Mother’s Day special and I’m so glad I did because I went home with several goodies, discounted giftcards for future treatments, gourmet snacks, and even a beautiful bouquet of flowers that I got to handpick. I had a treatment done with Amal and adored her; she is incredibly kind and knowledgeable, and makes you feel so comfortable. I look forward to having more done with her in the future. Every single person I met was welcoming and fun to talk to (Angie, Hayley…). So glad I found my new beauty home in Richmond

I’ve been to Dermlounge so many times now, and every visit is honestly such a good experience. Madison and Amal are my absolute favorites! They're knowledgeable, sweet, and they always make me feel completely comfortable. I love how easy they are to talk to and how they explain everything without rushing or making me feel pressured. They genuinely care about how you’re feeling throughout the whole visit...and it shows in the way they take their time with you. Angie is wonderful too! She's always welcoming and makes the whole place feel calm and friendly the moment you walk in. I love Madison and Amal, and I highly recommend Dermlounge!

If you are looking for a new place for injectables, BBL anything, this is your place! Everyone in the office is amazing. Madison is so personable and just a joy to be around. She’s so knowledgeable and explained everything that she was doing. Can’t wait to see the results of my Daxxify! Go there, you won’t be disappointed!

Madison was wonderful. She talked about everything ahead of time so nothing was a surprise. She went through all the pricing and it was transparent. Most of all she is skilled and made me feel really comfortable. Will definitely go to see her again.
