Desert Cities Allergy & Otolaryngology

The tech dude who did my hearing test was super great. The front desk lady was not really personable. I didn’t even get to see the doctor because my results were sent to my primary doctor. Something felt off and it felt really crammed in that little office. Not really an enjoyable experience. From what I hear the Doctor is great but my visit was short and the way the wrote my doctors note was really weird.

The doctors are nice and the women who administer the shot are too! The receptionist up front on ther other hand was incredibly rude and condescending towards me. I asked a simple question about allergy testing and she looked/answered me like I asked her something absurd. I see other people have complained too. I hope the office pays attention to this it would be much appreciated.

Worst Dr appt EVER!! The two receptionists were so unprofessional, one was on a personal call with a friend for 5 mins. I waited 5 mins just to talk to them and check in. I always arrive 15 mins early, and waited 48 mins to be seen. An elderly man screamed people just arriving were seen before him, he was right! When scheduling a follow-up appt, the best they gave was six weeks from then. I got 8 text messages asking if I was confirming my appt? Date of the appt, I called the office to confirm my appt (they sent me a reminder with the wrong date, time and location). I live in RM, they sent me to LQ (a 30 min drive). I'm reporting these idiots to my insurance and telling them to cancel doing business with them!!. Idiots!!!!

Terrible Experience – Would Not Recommend I had an extremely disappointing experience at this office. The front desk staff were incredibly rude and unprofessional from the moment I arrived. They don’t answer the phones, and once you're there, you're met with long wait times and complete disorganization. There were over 60 people packed into a small waiting room — some waiting for allergy shots, others for medical visits. When patients asked if they could wait outside for comfort and safety, the staff actually said they preferred people to stay crowded inside. It felt careless and disrespectful. The overall atmosphere was chaotic, and the staff seemed overwhelmed and indifferent. Their behavior completely ruined any trust or comfort I might have had with this practice. I will not be returning, and I would strongly advise others to look elsewhere for care.

The revolving door front desk staff is both clueless and rude, and the poster child of passive-aggressive. ZERO professionalism. And the allergy shots are a waste of money and time with ridiculous protocols that they insist you follow everytime you go for a shot. Dr. Salvador, who has since left, was the only professional staff member. I recently went for an ear cleaning the doctor poked my right ear with what seemed like a nail and then apologized. OMG. Stay away
