Contour Dermatology and Cosmetic Surgery Center - Rancho Mirage

As a new patient I was delighted to make a next-day appt! (Unheard of!) The facility is beautiful; the front office staff very professional and helpful. The nurse, Bailey, greeted me warmly. Chloe is very knowledgeable, answered my questions reassuring me that I was in good hands and receiving the best of care. I will recommend to my family and friends. A+!

This was my first visit to Contour Dermatology. With a history of skin cancer, it’s important for me to have a dermatologist I trust for six month skin checks and treatment if needed. Scheduling an appointment was easy, and the woman on the phone was friendly and found time open in a few weeks. No long wait. The office is beautifully modern, professional, and comfortable. Reception was warm, and the wait time was sort. My NP Chloe was very thorough with the examination and spoke with me about my skin history. There was no “upsell” for cosmetic treatments, the focus was on the health of my skin. Based on my first visit, I believe I have found a long-term provider.

The greeting when you first walk in to Contour Dermatology makes you feel at ease and lessens your anxiety. I went for a Blepharoplasty (top eye lid) surgery. Dr. Jochen and staff were kind enough to explain each step, along with recovery process. I would highly recommend this practice because of the professional, friendly & very knowledgeable staff. Since they have been helping peeps look their best for years, I trust their opinion and outcome. Contour Dermatology was my first choice, it was a great decision. She explained everything clearly, including options, recovery, and realistic results, and took the time to answer all my questions without rushing. I especially appreciated how knowledgeable and honest she was, which made it easy to trust her guidance. Overall, I left the consultation feeling informed and confident about my next steps. I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for expert dermatological advice.

First time visit to Contour Dermatology. Gorgeous building and lobby! Everything was clean and pristine. Everyone was so sweet and accommodating. My appointment was a little delayed but that’s okay, was in no rush. Dr. Heather was so sweet and made me feel very comfortable. Highly recommend!
