Dr. Maci and her staff are amazing. Not only professional but personable. Even though they are busy you never feel rushed or "shuffled through"! I see her once a year and she always remembers me and my age spots!

Dr. Macri has demonstrated phenomenal and professional abilities as a dermatologist. She is exceptionally well trained as a Mohs surgeon and has proven her abilities in the field. Her manner is warm and very caring.

Mr. Fernandez was rushy and spent roughly 2 minutes with me. I had no opportunity to ask any questions about my condition nor was I given any patient education. I was referred to another provider due to the complexity of my issue which is fine. Only gave another star since the other staff were very nice and I got seen pretty quickly. Update: he sent the referral to the wrong location. I have made multiple phone calls between the location of the other provider and this office and there seems to be confusion. This is what happens when providers get in a hurry, mistakes are made and patient outcomes are poor.

I went to this practice last year to get an opinion on a skin condition I'd been having Mr. Fernandez was the doctor I saw each visit, and I was very disappointed by him and his service. He was rude, condescending, rushed. There would be a few times where I'd been talking to him, explaining something, and he would start saying things to the other nurse in the room. I was like bro really? I'm literally talking to you? Are you even listening to a word I'm saying? I had to repeat myself multiple times on several occasions, and it felt like still his head was somewhere else. I was also misdiagnosed - which was extremely obvious to me given the medication I was prescribed did nothing to help. When I brought this up, he made it seem like I was not taking the medicine as instructed (I was) or that I needed to change other stuff about my life (he didnt specify). Anyways - I stopped going to this practice and went to another dermatology practice. I was properly diagnosed and treated. I could not reccomend this place any less - do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.
