I had such a wonderful experience at Diehl Plastic Surgery. From start to finish, every single employee I interacted with was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely kind. You can tell they truly care about their patients and take pride in what they do. I especially want to give a heartfelt shoutout to the front desk team. They were consistently warm, professional, and so easy to talk to every time I called. The front desk is not an easy role, and it often goes unrecognized—but these women handle it with such grace and positivity. They really set the tone for the entire experience. Highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for a team that makes you feel comfortable, cared for, and in great hands.

I have had amazing experiences with Dr. Diehl and the entire team at the office. Everyone has been very willing to answer my questions, thorough about explaining any procedures, and very communicative throughout the process. Kristie and Kathryn are AMAZING! Both ladies have a wealth of knowledge in aesthetics in their 20+ years treating patients. Had my CO2 laser treatment with them and the experience was wonderful! I was super nervous, especially about the recovery but felt so comfortable with them. The entire staff is so welcoming and sweet! The follow up care was well explained, products given to help healing, and they checked on my regularly in the days after.
