I’ve been coming to this medical spa for over three years, and it continues to exceed every expectation. From Hydrafacials to dermaplaning, the quality of care is consistently exceptional. Melanie is a true expert. Her skill, professionalism, and thoughtful approach make every visit feel effortless and effective. Her product recommendations have saved me a great deal of money, and at 58, I finally have the skin I dreamed of having at 30. I leave every appointment glowing, confident, and completely trusting that I’m in the best hands. Highly recommend.

I have nothing but positive things to say about my experience here so far. I initially went to another medical spa for a tattoo removal consultation, and unfortunately the experience was awful. The doctor was rude and condescending, and instead of offering reassurance, made the entire process feel shameful. Tattoo removal can already be emotional, and that visit left me feeling worse than when I walked in. The moment I got back to my car, I searched for other options and requested an appointment with Hazen. Before I was even halfway home, Alex called me back and scheduled me for the same day. That alone felt like a breath of fresh air. My consultation with Allie was night and day compared to the previous spa. She is friendly, personable, caring, and incredibly knowledgeable. From the start, I felt comfortable, respected, and genuinely cared for. Because my tattoo is fairly large, Allie recommended splitting the removal into two appointments, which turned out to be the best decision. The first session was definitely painful, as tattoo removal can be, and certain areas were especially sensitive for my body. Allie paid close attention and took note of everything. When I returned a week later for the second half, she came prepared and adjusted the numbing process based on my previous experience. The difference was remarkable. The second session was honestly relatively painless. That level of attentiveness and care builds real trust, and I would confidently recommend Allie to anyone considering tattoo removal. I also want to give a huge shoutout to Alex at the front desk. She is incredibly sweet and welcoming, and I felt at ease the moment I walked in. My nurse, Renee, was equally friendly and caring. The entire team made me feel less like a patient and more like I was surrounded by friends. The facility itself is clean, comfortable, and inviting. They use the PicoSure laser, which is well known for effectively targeting stubborn colors like blues and greens. Even after just my first session, my results have been very impressive. I’m excited to see how the process continues over the next few weeks and am already looking forward to returning for my next session in a couple of months. This place truly turned what could have been a stressful experience into a positive and empowering one.

I’ve been going to Hazen Medspa for over a year for laser tattoo removal, and I am truly blown away by my results. I just completed my seventh treatment on my chest, and I couldn’t be happier with the progress. Ally has been incredible throughout the entire journey - she thoroughly explained the treatment process, set clear expectations, and made me feel completely comfortable every step of the way. I’m fully numbed before each session and feel absolutely nothing during the actual laser treatment. My only regret is not starting sooner! I truly cannot recommend this medspa and its providers enough!!

I had an amazing experience at Hazen Medspa! Melanie gave me the best Hydrafacial I’ve ever had. She was incredibly knowledgeable, especially when it came to dealing with my combination skin type. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was positive and relaxing. Melanie made me feel completely comfortable and explained every step of the process, which I really appreciated. My skin feels refreshed and glowing, and I can’t wait to go back for my next treatment!

I wish I could share an outstanding review and up to a certain point, after years of being a customer, I could have. Unfortunately, after my last few visits I felt like I was just a mere transaction, as an understatement. Based on my last few experiences here, my needs were not tended to after being a multi-year customer and paying a substantial amount of money for their services. I was doubly charged for services that didn't do as they had promised, and I'm left with my problem areas (after being doubly charged) still as they were pre-treatment(s) - for the most basic of procedures. While I completely understand the degree of outcomes based on the individual, I have had the same treatments year after year and I've had no issues - in fact, everything did as they shared it would. I am deeply disappointed in the level of service, how the team handled my direct feedback (which was highly uncomfortable to give as a client, to begin with), and it felt like somehow, I was in service of them instead of the other way around. I will never seek treatments there again, and will be finding another alternative within the area. The advice I would offer to ensure this is productive: train your staff to know how to have difficult conversations while also putting the client first, and don't continue to upsell clients on things, especially if you know the results will largely vary. This is a highly intimate and high touch business, which is exactly how I expect to be treated and engaged with, and I don't think that's asking a lot. Super disappointing.
