Dr. Kincaid was recommended to me by a friend and I couldn't be happier. She is very professional, knowledgeable, and helped resolve my difficult skin issue. She worked with me to put together a treatment plan that made sense and minimized unwanted side effects. She always listens to and honors my concerns. The front desk staff are extremely polite and efficient, as are the medical assistants. Appointment scheduling is very accommodating and I have never experienced a long wait in the office. The Princeton location is convenient with plenty of parking. I am thankful to have found this practice and look forward to my visits.

They contacted me to confirm an appointment I did not make. When confronted about how they got my information they illegally divulged the “mistaken” patients identity to me. After calling the office and speaking to a manager it was clear they had changed the story from employee to employee to cover their tracks of the mistake since it involves legal matters.
