My brother had kidney stones in both kidneys, very professional and kind Drs, and medical team. Carefully made sure he didn't have a dangerous condition and then got the Lazer treatment done quickly and well. We'll use them if we need more stones removed and for any other urology issues.

This appointment was a first visit with Dr. Leonardo Garcia and was scheduled very quickly after a colonoscopy found cancer. We felt very comfortable with Dr. Garcia as he spent all the time we needed to find out what options were and what surgery would be like. This is a first significant surgery (at 76 yrs) and I expect, and am sure it will go well.

I guess I’ve spent the majority of my life being in the dark because up until today, I thought that doctors would see patients with the appropriately contracted insurance. Not at The Oregon Clinic though. I was seen by a doctor there in the past and wanted to return to the same endocrinologist. They list my insurance on their website, and my insurance lists them as a contracted provider, but when I called to schedule an appointment I was informed that the practice manager told them not to accept any more Tricare patients. So I guess my overall review is “okish”. You’ll prob get adequate care if you aren’t on a military or veteran affiliated insurance plan.

😡😡The lack of empathy of the 4 women receptionists and the indifference is pure racism and is part of the mistreatment for being Latino, and we are citizens and we pay taxes and yet we were treated badly. I hope your bosses will call your attention because the indifference in this place is evident.

Met with a surgeon for 20 minutes who dismissed me and told me I shouldn’t be there. Now paying a surprise $600 bill six months later. This is the 3rd time Oregon Clinic has provided really nothing to me as a patient and now billing me months after the fact. Please provide total cost up front for patients and treat us, our concerns, and our time with respect. I will not be returning.
