I had a great experience with PPSG from my first consult appt with Dr O’Brien to now anticipating my final follow up appointment. The staff were always helpful and prompt and questions were always answered. I’d spent 40 years with breasts that were just too big for my 5 foot frame and I finally decided to have a reduction. They delivered everything they promised and were very straight forward about what I would go through. It is a longish recovery to feeling “normal” but they always let me know that everything was normal and meant that I was recovering well. I’m so so happy with the results. My friends tell me I look younger and fresh and I think that’s because I’m so much more comfortable and happy Could not ask for a better surgeon. And, I can now fold my arms under my breasts and not over them. 😀

I had a great experience at Portland Plastic Surgery. Reception staff and nurses/medical assistants were very communicative. I worked with Dr. Zegzula, who provided exceptional care and has a keen eye for detail. If I ever undergo any other procedures, I would certainly go right back to him.

I’ve had experience with multiple offices, and I can confidently say that Beccah has completely changed my experience for the better. While there was initially a delay in communication, what truly stood out was how Beccah responded and turned things around. Since then, she has been incredibly communicative, responsive, and thorough. She consistently follows up, keeps me informed, and makes sure nothing falls through the cracks. It’s clear that Beccah truly advocates for her patients and takes her role seriously. What stands out most is how far she goes above and beyond. She doesn’t just do the bare minimum—she takes the time to ensure everything is complete, accurate, and submitted properly. That level of care and attention is rare, and it has made a huge difference in my experience. I’ve worked with several medical offices, and my father is an anesthesiologist, so I come from a medical background and understand what high-quality care and service should look like. That is exactly the level of service Beccah provides. I can honestly say that Beccah has set a new standard. Her professionalism, dedication, and ability to step up and deliver are very impressive. If you have the opportunity to work with Beccah, you are in excellent hands.

I wish I could give Dr. Hayes more than 5 stars for this review. He performed a breast lift with a triple internal bra and the results turned out better than I could have ever imagined. He is a truly amazing surgeon and has such a great bedside manner. He really spent a lot of time with me during my consult to understand all my goals and made me feel very comfortable. I had a few other consults with other surgeons, but none were able to make me feel as confident in my choice as Dr. Hayes did. I’m nearly 4 months post-op and my scars are minuscule and continue to fade. I highly recommend Dr. Hayes for anyone looking to undergo a breast lift or augmentation. He’s given me a confidence I didn’t know was possible. Thank you Dr. Hayes!!
