I recently had the pleasure of photographing a wedding where Kelli Thomsen Beauty did the Makeup and partnered with Wedding Hair and Makeup by Shana for the Hair. This is literally the perfect “dynamic duo” and I would Highly, highly recommend booking them for your wedding day!!!! As a wedding photographer, I get to work with sooooo many hair and makeup artists and I can absolutely say with confidence, these two are in the top top top percentile of professionals! The both not only executed stunning natural-beauty looks but did so on time, which is a hugely important aspect to wedding day hair and makeup. If your wedding morning runs behind schedule with hair and makeup services, your entire wedding day is thrown off schedule- making every part of the day after that more stressful. It’s something I see unfortunately far too often. Kelli and Shana delivered impeccable looks that lasted ALL day in practically flawless fashion and they did it on-schedule, I mean what more could you ask for? They also are both super kind and wonderfully fun to be around, setting the right vibe for such an important moment. Give them a call and book them for your wedding! You will not regret it!

Kelli helped me look and feel like a star for my wedding! I️ was very specific of the style of makeup I️ wanted- “make me look like myself, but a tiny bit better”. Kelli nailed it! I️ made the great decision to do facials with Kelli leading up to the wedding. This gave her an opportunity to truly know my skin and what “look like myself” actually meant. I️ love the cozy space- nothing better than a facial in a lush green forest! Thanks Kelli for everything. I️ did look like the best version of myself.

I swear I’ve never been more beautiful in my lifeeeee. Thankfully it was on my wedding day, so I was really happy. Kelli provided top notch and relaxing skincare / products / guidance to make sure I felt my best on the day of. Her amazing team made sure the execution was exactly what I wanted. If I could give ten stars, I would! Working with Kelli was an absolute dream. She immediately understood my sensibilities and, with her deep expertise, created a look that felt authentic and radiant, lasting flawlessly through 90+ degree heat, an outdoor ceremony, and plenty of tears. I received so many compliments throughout the day, and I could not have done it without Kelli and Taylor. Taylor brought such positive energy while patiently styling my hair exactly how I envisioned it, and my mom and best friend also felt beautiful and confident thanks to the team’s artistry.
