I could write a book of my exceptional experience with Dr. Austin Hayes. When I say I had been searching for a doctor for years to do my breast reduction I am not exaggerating, I had all but given up because I simply had never found one doctor who produced the results I was looking for, or even that produced consistently good results in general even if not my exact goal. Then I found Austin, his work speaks for itself, I don’t need to even comment, simply go to his Instagram and be amazed. I also specifically did not want any kind of surgical mesh because I’m highly sensitive to foreign materials- Dr.Hayes creates an internal bra using your body’s own tissue which also was huge to me. His work is next level but what is just as incredible is his bedside manner. This is a man who truly cares for the people whose lives he is changing. From the moment I met Dr. Hayes I felt at ease. His demeanor is professional, calm, confident and gentle. He doesn’t mince words, he will answer your questions clearly and directly which I appreciate so much. He is meticulous with his work as is so clear in his results. I never thought I would go into surgery feeling so safe and confident that everything would be okay not only in the OR but also while healing and most importantly in my satisfaction with the results. The entire staff/team are wonderful, surgery day couldn’t have went more smoothly or with less anxiety on my end and that was directly because of the level of professionalism, compassion and care that was shown to me. I had larger breasts (34 H) and Dr. Hayes was able to not only bring me down to a manageable size but also create the most beautiful natural looking youthful breasts I never got to have in my whole life. If you are looking for your surgeon look no further. Dr. Hayes is a true gem. I am forever grateful to have found him.

Dr. Hayes is such an incredible person! Whoever is reading this, you are so fortunate to have run into his name. You don't need to look any further, you have found the absolute best doctor!
