I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. Aghayan and his incredible staff. In 2024, he performed my abdominoplasty, and the entire experience from consultation to recovery was exceptional. His team is professional, attentive, and truly top-notch. Dr. Aghayan is kind, knowledgeable and extremely thorough. He takes the time to explain procedures in detail and makes sure you feel informed and confident in your decisions. What I appreciate most is how carefully he listens. He never pressured me to “go bigger” or steered me away from what felt right for my body. Instead, he respected my goals and supported my choices. I’m now preparing for breast augmentation with him and I feel completely at ease knowing I’m in such capable hands. Choosing a surgeon is a big decision, and I could not be happier with mine. If you’re looking for a skilled surgeon who genuinely cares about his patients, Dr. Aghayan is truly outstanding.

His staff is just as wonderful. Everyone was kind, attentive, and supportive before, during, and after surgery. I never once felt rushed or like just another patient. I absolutely love my results. For the first time in almost 15 years, I am able to wear clothing without a bra. I can wear strapless dresses and feel confident and comfortable in my body again. The results look natural and exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend Dr. Aghayan to anyone considering a breast lift or any cosmetic procedure. This experience has truly been life changing.

I had a breast augmentation with a lift in April of 2021 by a different surgeon. Aesthetically, I was never pleased. 6 months later I had to have a revision due to bottoming out and double bubble. 2 surgeries in and I hated the way they looked. I found Dr. Aghayan and I’m so glad I did. Dr. Aghayan and the entire staff at Apres plastic surgery were amazing throughout the entire process. THEY LISTENED, to my concerns and what was really important to me. Dr. Aghayan performed a double breast implant exchange, mesh support and a lift. I had a great experience at Apres! I had a great consult with Dr Agahayan he was super helpful answering all my questions and giving me his recommendations based on what I was looking for. I really appreciated his transparency and his suggested approach based on my areas of concern that I wanted help with! The rest of the staff members I interacted with during my visit were also great! Carley was able to fit me in for Jeuveau injections and she was fantastic walking me through the area she’s would address and was extremely helpful answering any questions I had! Samantha and Kayla were also extremely helpful and great to work with during my visit! Overall highly recommend everyone I met during my visit today was fantastic and very accommodating

The team has been absolutely amazing!! Everything from my neurotoxin appt with Carly, to breast lift/reduction with Dr. Aghayan - the entire team has been phenomenal. After my breast augmentation 6 years ago (with another very reputable surgeon) - I was left very dissatisfied with the results. From then I had two babies which further exacerbated my feelings of insecurity towards my breasts. Recently, after having my last baby, I decided to finally take action to get my issues resolved and that’s when I found Dr. Aghayan on Instagram. I was skeptical at first because of my past experience with the other said well-known doctor. But seeing Dr. Aghayan’s before and after photos of other women that had shared those same insecurities is what really made me intrigued. So when I stepped foot into his beautiful office, it quickly made me realize that interior design of his office is was likely a reflection of his sense of work. Clean, modern, technologically advanced, and aesthetically pleasing. I then realized these characteristics of the former office I had been to were severely lacking - which is something in hindsight I wish I would have paid closer attention to. But it was only when I met Dr. Aghayan that it really made me feel like I was selecting the right doctor to help me. He gave me very direct feedback and knew precisely how to fix my situation including making recommendations I had not considered before. He also reassured me that if I was ever unhappy, that he would take care of me… Something the previous provider didn’t give me reassurance on. I am forever grateful for Dr. Aghayan and the entire team for helping me. I couldn’t recommend Apres enough!
