Dr. Ahmed and his staff were amazing! My experience with Texas Eye & Aesthetic Center was fantastic from start to finish. Initially I spoke to Bree who was so helpful with information needed for my eyelid surgery. She also was able to recommend a cataract surgeon which I needed before I had eyelid surgery. I had droopy eyelids for so long and consulted a general plastic surgeon in 2022. They said I needed a forehead lift for the eyelid surgery to work! That was a definite no for me. It never occurred to me to go to an Eye Surgeon until last year. Dr. Ahmed was very thorough. He was great at explaining all the procedures. I told him about my experience from 2022. I was thrilled that he could help me! He performed an upper and lower blepharoplasty and a bilateral brow ptosis repair. My upper blepharoplasty was covered by insurance, and I was thrilled to have the other procedures done at the same time which was cost saving for me. My surgery on October 31, 2025 went very well. The surgery center staff made me feel completely at ease during the procedure. I had zero pain, and the follow-up care was fantastic. Dr. Ahmed even personally called to check on me the next day. I feel like a new person! I am thrilled with how my eyelids, lower lids and eyebrows look. I am so grateful to Dr. Ahmed and highly recommend him to anyone considering eyelid surgery.

I. Love. This. Place. Dr Ahmed is awesome and fun to talk to. He's the best surgeon for the eye. The nurses are amazing and have a great personality. You don't feel like your I a drs office, you are with friends. No waiting for hours to get seen. Once you go back you are a priority and they take your questions and give answers you understand. I love them. Going back for my glasses.

Dr. Ahmed and his entire staff excel at what they do. My surgery couldn't have gone any better. Dr. A's bedside manner is unequaled!!! This is a doctor who truly cares about his patient's well being and it shows.

I reached out to Dr Ahmad because I was having a hypersensitivity reaction to filler dissolver. I woke up with swollen eyes, itch and was so scared. His office reached out to me so quickly and even Dr. Ahmad contacted me too to make sure I was okay. Even though I had never seen him before. I heard great things from other doctors I’ve worked with. He lives up to his excellent reputation. His staff does too. Everyone is so on top of it and very nice. I felt really taken care of and he put me at ease and helped me so much with my eyes. They are already getting better. If you’re having an eye emergency I highly recommend him.

We made a short notice appointment and were able to get in quick for an evaluation of eye trauma. My daughter is 4 years old and Dr Cash and her staff were amazing. She was very thorough in her exam and had so much patients working with children. I was really impressed with the whole office and the professionalism they offer. I will be back for sure.
