I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Jose Corona. He has excellent bedside manner, he is very professional, and detail oriented. Dr. Corona explains all options and procedures. He is patient and kind. He’s also involved with numerous philanthropy causes to help restore eyesight. A+++ doctor!

Tiffani Ho is not very friendly. Walks in, doesn't say hi, doesn't say bye, wasn't compassionate.

Horrible experience with Dr. Ho. If you have to bring your baby with you do NOT go to Dr. Tiffany Ho. My 16 month old touched her leg and tried to hand her a Rino toy (my girl is super sweet and shares her toys when trying to make friends). Dr Ho literally pushed her off and looked disgusted. She then repeatedly told me to come back when I had childcare. Mind you all my baby did was sit at my feet with her toy happily. Don’t have toddler toys in the waiting area & tell patients they can bring their baby if you find kids so repulsive… She also had terrible bedside manner: The front desk personnel were amazing tho! Very nice and so sweet to my daughter.

Due to continuous watery eyes I had an appointment with my MD and two visits to my lifelong eye doctor neither could figure out why. Im a Google girl so after researching my symptoms, I thought it may be clogged tear ducts. A co-worker recommended Dr. Merritt Prior to Dr. Merritt doing a tear duct flush, I specifically asked if this was going to be an extra charge. She said it was included in the “extensive” office visit. Well to my surprise I get a $203.30 bill for a bilateral probe which is not the same as a tear duct flush. Left three messages for Vanessa in the billing Department with no response. Sent a message thru their website and guess what… I get a call from Vanessa the following day. Explained my issue, and the invoice needed to reflect the correct procedure. Her customer service is fueled by personal measures and not professional. I highly recommend Dr. Merritt, but as we all seem to encounter, it’s the staff that causes poor ratings.

Tiffany Ho has no personality, not friendly at all during consultation. The fees for the consult were not disclosed to me, then later received a bill. Poor customer service and ridiculous fees billed. I am so glad I chose another doctor for my surgery!
