Legacy Eyelids & Cosmetic Surgery

I have been going to Dr Priya Kalyam for about 6-8 months to get some style’s treated which constantly keep popping up on my eyelids. Words cannot express how grateful we are to have such a skilled, knowledgeable, dedicated and talented doctor like Doctor Kalyam. She patiently tells us the problem and how she will fix it. I have had a few stye’s removed by her and it was painless and done meticulously. She gave me great tips to avoid future stye. Highly recommend her also for any cosmetic surgery. The front office staff is also very helpful with appointments schedules and reminders. Doctor Kalyam also adds a personal touch to each of her patients. Thank you Doctor

I interviewed a few oculoplastic surgeons before choosing Dr. Kalyam for my lower blepharoplasty. So grateful to her for getting rid of the bags under my eyes which have bothered me since I was a teenager. I'm in my 50's but I look younger now without the lower eye bags. Dr. Kalyam and her kind staff gave me clear pre- and post-op instructions and made me feel at ease. She is very experienced and knowledgeable! She's the best oculoplastic surgeon in DFW!!!

I went in for a consult for a concern I had and not only did Dr. Kalyam immediately see the issue she also knew exactly how to fix it. She gave me all the options available, and I felt like this doctor wanted me to do what was best for me. Kind, patient, and ethical - This doctor is what ALL doctors should be! At 75, had eye brow and eye lid lift at Legacy Eyelid. I have had many compliments on my natural appearance and have better vision. Everyone at Legacy was respectful, caring, and professional.

I was looking for great eyelid and a professional doctor, I thought I found a good and caring Doctor, but when I went to see her I had 8:30 an appointments she was 40 minutes late never apologized or said something, she asked me few questions without even looking at me twice , she was just trying to add more money in her pocket. Telling me that she needs to take more skin from my left eyelid charging me $500 extra, when I asked her do I really need to do that, she said it’s just $500 , REALLY so it was going to be all together $5500 , I wanted to ask her few more questions I wanted to feel more comfortable with her to know her before my surgery but she didn’t give me a chance to know her or talk to her she left my room within 4 or 5 minutes after looking at my pictures on her computer , So when I left her office I didn’t feel comfortable at all I was trying to see the good in her but I didn’t I was very disappointed in my visit, so anyway few days later I got a phone call from her office asking to pay the full amount before the surgery even though I paid $200 towards the surgery, so that’s when I knew that I needed to look for someone else, I already didn’t feel comfortable with the doctor now this , so I started rescheduling again I found Doctor Robert in Plano , I called his office went to to his office and they gave me an awesome price a lot cheaper, and caring and great experience happy doctor that took his time to know me before the surgery so I ended up going with him , got my surgery done very satisfied 🙏🏼 he went over and above to make me happy .
