Dr. Bader is truly a master of his craft. I am absolutely obsessed with my new nose and could not be happier with my results. I underwent a revision rhinoplasty, and after doing extensive research, I knew choosing Dr. Bader was the right decision. My surgery lasted about six hours because he took his time and paid attention to every detail. He listened carefully to my concerns and goals and delivered exactly what I was hoping for. He corrected issues from my previous surgery, including my frontal view, polly beak deformity, and several other areas that needed refinement. Even though I’m still healing, I can already tell this was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made for myself. What also sets Dr. Bader apart is the level of care before and after surgery. His pre-op instructions were incredibly thorough, and his post-op care has been exceptional. Not many surgeons provide the level of support and attention that he does. His staff is equally amazing. Monica was incredibly flexible and understanding when I needed to reschedule multiple times. She was always kind, professional, and accommodating throughout the process. And a huge shoutout to Nurse Jill! She has been absolutely wonderful from day one. Whether it was before surgery or during recovery, she has always been patient, responsive, and willing to answer my endless questions. Her support and reassurance throughout this journey have meant so much to me. A great surgeon is important, but having a great team behind them is just as important, and Dr. Bader has built an exceptional one. The entire experience exceeded my expectations, and I would confidently recommend Dr. Bader to anyone considering rhinoplasty or revision rhinoplasty. Thank you, Dr. Bader, Monica, and Jill!

Currently only 3 weeks post op a revision with Dr. Bader, so I will update this review after 1 year when I am closer to my final result. But for now I would like to express my gratitude and excitement for how incredible Dr. Bader and his staff are. Every moment of my experience has been so refreshing compared to my primary where I was constantly rushed and dismissed. Bader was very patient during my consult and answered every question with thorough answers. He also pointed out issues I didn’t even notice that were actually pretty major (after I expressed what I saw was wrong). I am an actress and performer, and I’ve been extremely nervous about how the revision would affect me. But I feel very confident that I will end up with exactly what I wanted because Bader really listened to my goals during my pre-op and on the surgery day. I can tell he knew what I was going for. The staff at the surgery center were also amazing and made me feel so comfortable. And immediately upon waking up the nurse was so attentive to my pain. And then the after care was also great. Jill has been my point of contact on the app for any immediate concerns, and I really appreciate how quick she responds ! I had an infection with my primary and it took them over a week to respond to me and send antibiotics. But with Jill she responds to everything the same day, sometimes within the same hour! I loved my experience so much. Hopefully no more rhinoplasty’s, but Dr. Bader also does face lifts so when it comes time for that, I will definitely be seeing him as he is my favorite surgeon ever!!

After two previous rhinoplasty surgeries, trusting someone for a third revision was a big decision. Dr. Bader immediately made me feel comfortable He truly understands revision rhinoplasty and addressed both the aesthetic concerns and breathing problems I had from my earlier surgeries. He restored the shape of my nose while also fixing my breathing, and for the first time everything feels balanced and functional. I’m incredibly grateful for his skill and the care I received throughout the entire process. I would recommend Dr. Bader without hesitation.

I saw Dr. Bader for a revision rhinoplasty. While my nose does look more normal overall, one of my main goals for the surgery was to lower the base and tip of my nose. During consultation, Dr. Bader created a computer simulation showing a more neutral base, which aligned with what I was hoping to achieve. My expectations were based on that discussion and simulation. However, after surgery the base of my nose appears more angled upward rather than lowered. When I asked about this, I was told the tip had been lowered in a technical way, but the overall result did not match what we had discussed or what was shown in the simulation. During recovery, I also experienced swelling for a long time and had an unrelated medical trauma that same year, which made me more anxious about my nose healing. I had several questions during the healing process, but at a certain point my questions stopped being answered, which made the recovery period more stressful. Because of the change to the base and tip, my nose now appears shorter than I had hoped for from both the front and side profile. When I asked about the possibility of correcting this, I was told it was not worth pursuing. I want to be clear that my concern is not about unrealistic expectations, but about the difference between the surgical goal that was discussed and simulated and the result I ultimately received. I’m sharing this so that others considering revision rhinoplasty understand how important clear communication about surgical goals can be.
