Dr White was very professional. Very kind and helpful. He recommended me to an eye specialist who worked with Dr. Eric Happ who was my eye specialist for ten years. I want to thank Dr. White for his recommendation to see Dr. beatty at AGH.

Dr. White and his whole team are so amazing and kind. First time getting surgery and they made the whole experience something that I will forever be grateful for. I felt safe the entire time, they made sure i was comfortable and feeling good. I could not be happier with the staff and how everything went. 10/10 would recommend.

Dr. White is obviously a renowned surgeon who does incredible work but be aware that this comes at the cost of him and his entire office being some of the poorest communicators I have ever had to work with in the context of medical care. Be prepared to ask ALL of your own questions or you will never be told important information such as risks, what to expect after surgery, etc. They do not try whatsoever to reach out; and their office at AGH doesn’t even have an on-call nurse line for after hours care. If I had a complication post-surgery that I would have needed to call someone about I do not know what I would have done. My discharge papers had no numbers aside from their office which is open normal doctors office hours. It’s bittersweet because I am lead to believe his work is fantastic but everything else has been such a let-down.

I’m sharing this as someone who closely witnessed a loved one’s painful experience following a procedure performed by Dr. White. From the beginning, it felt like their care was rushed, and communication from his team was minimal and dismissive. What should have been a positive, confidence-restoring journey instead resulted in lasting physical and emotional pain. While I can only speak to what I observed, I strongly urge others to do thorough research and seek multiple opinions before choosing Dr. White.
