My personal journey with Mia Aesthetics has been nothing short of amazing. From start to finish, the experience was smooth, professional, and very reassuring. I had the absolute pleasure of having Dr. Orlando as my surgeon. He was extremely professional, very helpful, and took the time to answer all of my questions. I truly appreciated how attentive he was to what I wanted. He listened carefully and delivered the results I asked for, which made me feel confident and comfortable throughout the process. I also want to give a special thank you to Michelle, who handled my pre-op appointment. She made the entire experience comfortable, welcoming, and even fun. She answered every question I had, was very informative, and provided the reassurance I needed before surgery. Her support helped me walk into my surgery feeling confident and prepared. Overall, my experience with Mia Aesthetics was wonderful, and I would absolutely consider returning for any future procedures. I’m very grateful for the care and professionalism shown by the entire team.

Renata was very friendly and answered all my questions. I’ve spoke to her a few times and she’s always had great customer service. Vanessa was a sweetheart, answered all my questions, great customer service. Dr Orlando took the time to listen to me and answer all the questions . Also Ryan explained his process step by step . Overall I’ve had an amazing experience with everyone here from the front desk to back office.

Just had surgery Oct 3rd & from the beginning to my recovery have been the best. The staff is very sweet & Dr. Orlando even though I met him the day of the surgery, he made me feel so comfortable. The anesthesia dr was amazing as well.

if you have a million questions don’t opt for online consultations as you will not speak to a doctor prior to surgery even if you have major concerns. my option is now to pay 150 to tell the doctor what i didn’t like about my virtual consultation recommendations or i can cancel my whole surgery and lose my deposit. Essentially when you call for consultation, it’s all online representatives, no healthcare personnel or video with doctor, if you put money down you schedule and you will see the doctor on day of surgery which they do not tell you. i’d feel much better about going in if i knew i was getting exactly what i wanted rather than getting told what i need through a photo i sent in and being expected to just comply with that. i honestly thought the prior questions was for the doctor to review and call me back, not that being the entirety of the consultation. At this point i am considering losing my deposit as the better option over paying a few grand more on things i don’t feel like i even need.
