Dr Nelson is the BEST of the BEST! I felt so comfortable with him even at my first appointment. He did my panniculectomy. He was very open and was straight forward with my husband and I. Which you dont get from doctors these days. After surgery he came in the next day and told us everything went great and even made me a cute Lil belly button that almost didnt happen due too my body. But over all we are EXTREMELY happy with him! Highly recommend him.

Dr. Nelson was my treasure from God. He is famous in God's eyes and mine.This plastic surgeon has a heart the size of Texas. I wasn't going to allow any other plastic surgeon do a panniculectomy on me being an "oldie but goodie" a 71 year old grandma...Only until I was blessed by the best with my Dr. Joshy as I call him. Dr. Nelson has exceptional character. He has impeccable integrity and unwavering honesty and trustworthiness. Dr. Nelson and his team and staff consistently demonstrated kindness and compassion towards me. Their generosity is unmatched. He educated me on every single detail. Dr. Joshua is so selfless and giving. He doesn't deserve just these 5 stars on this review, but all the stars in the universe, because he is that good. He is perfect. He is brilliant. I had the peace of Jesus, and all the confidence I needed in Dr. Nelson. He is the only surgeon you want to have that holds your life in his hands. There are not enough words in the English language to thank my little Dr. Nelson for everything he did for me.

One of the rarest doctors who treat you with dignity. DR J. Nelson is focused on you when your appointment starts. He doesn't rush and voices out all the outcomes, never leaving you in the dark. He always asks what you want done at the end instead of dismissing how much pain you are in. He listens well and knows his stuff inside and out. I highly recommend him to anyone who is looking for a primary plastic surgeon or just looking for a second opinion because you won't be disappointed. The waiting lobby is a big size and never filled with people. I never waited more than 10 mins tops but normally get called in within 5 mins. Hope this helps!

I have been seeing Dr. Nelson for almost 3 years now. He has been my plastic surgeon since my bilateral mastectomy from breast cancer. He has listened to my concerns and always has advice. He has a vision of what should happen next but always waits to hear what I feel like should be done or needs to be addressed. His attention to detail is impressive. He sees things I don't even see until he points it out. I am so thankful he has taken such care in making me feel like I am still a full woman after everything I have been through. I am glad I can count on him seeing this through to the end! His office usually gets back to you in a timely fashion. I have only had to call once I the last 3 years to check up on things. They are friendly in the office. I love Lina as well she is the best, and she makes sure Dr. Nelson sees everything that even might need addressing. She really cares about the patient!
