I recently had a septoplasty with Dr. Ryan Heffelfinger, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. From the first consultation through surgery and recovery, he was professional, kind, and extremely knowledgeable. He took the time to listen, explain everything clearly, and made me feel comfortable and confident throughout the entire process. I am very pleased with the results and truly grateful for his skill, care, and attention to detail. I highly recommend Dr. Heffelfinger to anyone looking for an excellent surgeon who genuinely cares about his patients.

I was a professional fighter, and with all the trauma to my nose, two deviated septum’s, scar tissue and a prior surgery, I couldn’t breath. Dr. Heff went in there and did his thing to correct my nose, breaking it, cleaning it all out, and a total rebuild with reconstruction. Saw Dr. Heff for the first time today, two months after the surgery and I am completely happy! And it’s only going to get better. Gave him a hug and teared up a bit, cause I thought I coulda been helped. One of the best decisions I ever made in my life!

Dr. Heffelfinger and his entire team is very professional, helpful, and knowledgeable. His staff is very enthusiastic, happy and willing to help the patients. Ever since my fist visit , I have been noticing this fantastic service provided by him and his staff. Dr. Ryan knows his job. I was frustrated in the beginning but he explained my condition in detail. His assistant nurse was very explicit about what to do and what not to do post surgery. Dr Heff performed my rhinoplasty. Everything went smoothly and I am happy with my results so far. There is still some recovery time to be had. So far so good. Dr Heff has a professional bed side manner. He explained all of the details of my surgery and put me at ease. All the staff were very helpful and answered all the questions I had. 5 Stars.

Follow-up appt today: the exceptional care continues. And what a wonderful, attentive staff! Previous post: Kind, friendly, compassionate, experienced, available, approachable, honest, attentive... So many ways to describe a wonderful physician. I have some medical considerations so it was important to me to have a provider who specializes in facial plastics. My experience was overwhelmingly positive with an exceptional outcome. Heff, as he is affectionately referred to by both patients and staff, truly rises above others in his field. I honestly can not say enough positive things about him to accurately reflect what I am feeling about my recent facelift experience. And if having a competent, experienced, warm and friendly doctor wasn't enough... he has an incredible support staff that is equally kind and responsive. I wish I could detail my experience by the day to truly capture how wonderful it was. A week before the surgery, I had doubts. He said, let's talk. What are you concerns? Just that simple conversation put me at ease. It's his way. Heff is the best! If you are fortunate enough to have him as your provider, consider yourself in a special group.
