I can’t say enough great things about Alexa at Dr. Bucky’s office. She has done all of my laser treatments over the past few years, including multiple BBL (broadband light) and Moxi treatments, and I wouldn’t trust my skin with anyone else. Alexa is incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and thorough—she took the time to truly diagnose my skin concerns and created a thoughtful treatment plan that delivered real results. She’s always so kind and approachable, and I feel completely comfortable asking her any questions. Every visit is a great experience. I recommend Alexa (and laser treatments!) to all of my friends without hesitation.

It took me a while to fall in love with my results but Dr. Bucky and Luke were there to field my concerns throughout the entire process , helped me to relax by explaining the healing process thoroughly to me, and reassured me that over time healing would occur and if I wasn't in love they had a plan to help . I now LOVE results and would recommend him and his staff wholeheartedly !

I had the Moxie laser treatment from Michelle today. She was very thorough I was very satisfied with the treatment and her expertise. I absolutely plan on coming back and using her again! Every time I meet a new staff member at Dr Bucky’s , they are friendly and knowledgeable, and make me feel welcome. Very impressive place!!

Nurse Valerie has been doing my Botox for YEARS now. She makes you look natural, just enhanced. I recommend her to anyone & everyone. Botox is given out like candy other places, but here - she is medically trained and therefore knows which muscles to inject in order to get the best results without the risk of any drooping or looking like you’ve got too much done. It’s your face & you need someone knowledgeable about anatomy doing this!

In 2018, my husband and I chose him for my breast augmentation and lift, confident in his expertise. Approximately a month post-surgery, I developed a capsular contracture, which was successfully treated with Singular. By 2023, I feared a recurrence and returned to his office. He prescribed Singular again, with follow-up appointments at three-month intervals. Despite increasing the dosage, there was no improvement after six months, and he advised discontinuing the medication. At that time, he was hesitant to perform surgery, as only six years had passed since my initial procedure. This conservative approach continued for another year. In June of this year, he finally agreed to perform a capsulectomy with Alloderm on the left breast, along with another lift and smaller implants for both breasts. I was informed that the recovery would be less intensive than the first, given the existing pockets. Unfortunately, this was not the case, and I was incapacitated for over a week. During my week 1 post-operative visit with the nurse, I immediately sensed an issue upon removal of the dressings. I was informed that the left breast had ruptured, validating the decision for explanation. At my week 3 post-operative visit, again with the nurse for stitch removal, I observed extremely thick scars. My left breast was filled with fluid, and my right breast was already showing signs of another capsular contracture, despite beginning Singular the day after surgery. I was advised to wear a wired bra and return in a few weeks. During this time, my left breast completely fell out of its pocket, and my right breast continued to harden. Both nipples became extremely tender due to the surrounding scarring, making it nearly impossible to wear any loose clothing. At my 8-week post-operative appointment, I saw Dr Bucky. I was disheartened by what appeared to be a lack of concern. I was advised to continue Singular for the right breast and to place a rolled-up piece of gauze inside my bra for the fallen left breast, with the nurse suggesting a small sock as an alternative. Most concerning, he scheduled my next follow-up for six months later. I left this appointment feeling completely defeated, struggling to comprehend a six-month wait for a potential resolution, and feeling that my concerns were not being taken seriously. Upon my husband's suggestion, I sought second opinions from three different plastic surgeons. Each expressed disbelief regarding several aspects of my care: 1. The ineffectiveness of wearing a bra with any material inside to support the fallen breast. 2. The unnecessary nature of a second lift. 3. Given my history of capsular contracture, an alternative medication to Singular and different preventative techniques should have been considered. We have decided to move forward with one of the other surgeons. Last week, I had another surgery to repair everything. And can already see a difference with the care and attention given.
