What stood out most was their compassion and dedication to patient care. I never felt rushed, and every question I had was answered with patience and clarity. It’s clear that Dr. Shipman truly cares about their patients’ well-being and strives to provide the highest level of care. The staff was also excellent—friendly, organized, and always welcoming. They made the entire experience smooth and stress-free, which I truly appreciated. Had a fabulous experience at the Pasadena location removing skin tags with Maria Trinh PA and assistant Maria. I have zero pain tolerance and told her that and Maria was very patient with me...took her time explaining everything step by step. During the procedure she kept checking with Me if I was ok, if I needed a break. She also gave me a ball to squeeze prior to starting. Very very happy with the service. Her personality made me feel at ease. Going back in a few weeks to remove a large mole.

PA Maria was outstanding — she listened carefully, explained everything in detail, and made sure I felt comfortable and informed throughout the entire visit. Her professionalism and compassion truly stood out. Medical Assistant Lydia was also fantastic — she greeted me warmly, was very organized, and made the check-in and prep process smooth and efficient. This was my first visit to see Dr Shipman. He was very knowledgeable, professional and caring. He performed two biopsies and reassures me that he just wanted to be sure that this isn’t cancerous. But most likely I have nothing to worry about. The office staff was great and his assistant Molly was great as well. This team gets 5 Stars!!
