PREMIERE PLASTIC SURGERY

Carlitos did a phenomenal job treating my cauliflower ear! The hematoma was located on the inside of my ear and was almost completely blocking my ear canal. I was reluctant to get it drained for fear of infection and/or it filling back up again. Creating a vicious cycle that many of my training partners had gone through. Carlitos was quick and efficient with the procedure. He was very involved with the follow up, asking for updates and making sure I was taking proper care of it. I ultimately only needed my ear drained once. I'm ecstatic with the results, my ear is now 100% healed and looks completely normal! Carlitos has the best bed side manner! He is extremely knowledgeable and articulate, and also courteous and empathic!

This is the best experience you could hope to have at a doctor or plastic surgeon. Carlitos is so caring and kind as well as an absolute genius! Not only did he completely solve all of my concerns with surgery he has been the best support throughout all of my healing! I look forward to all of my yearly check ups because I know I am in the most capable hands out there!

I recently got a breast reduction done by Dr. Cox and he was amazing, truly made me feel comfortable and safe. Carlitos, is just amazing, they both have made my recovery journey so easy. I always recommend Premiere Plastics to anyone who asks me where I went for my surgery. Everyone is super nice, clean, and always organized.

I am going to toss in a mixed review. Here is why. Waiting well that happens. The staff is very kind. Here is my mixed review. One doctor was terrible and one was wonderful and I saw both for the same reason. I went in with a referral from an ENT due to collapsed nasal valves and initially saw Dr. Duffy; he was abrupt, brash, hasty, and took zero time explaining nothing and did not do an exam. He in fact wouldn't do a procedure stating I needed turbinate reduction based on a CT result. 2 ENTs did not see the same thing Dr. Duffy did, nor did the CT report. I however went and had turbinate reduction along with Latera implants to try and correct the collapsed nasal valve problem and had very minimal results. My ENT referred me back to Premier and I refused to see Dr. Duffy again. Thankfully I was able.to see the amazing Dr. Hu. He looked at the original CT scan and saw nothing wrong with my turbinates either. Dr. Hu was attentive, he listened to me, he even examined me quite thoroughly. He is a very good doctor. I am absolutely going back to see Dr. Hu and having him take care of me.and without a doubt would refer Dr.Hu to any patient who wants a doctor/surgeon who makes you feel heard.

I would give 0 stars if I could. Dr. Duffy's attitude towards his patients is appalling. He doesn't seem to care at all about actually seeing or helping people. My mother had 1appointment, where he rushed through everything, barely made eye contact, and didn’t take the time to listen to my concerns. It's clear he’s only interested in getting patients in and out as quickly as possible. To make matters worse, his staff is absolutely horrendous. They're rude, unhelpful, and incredibly disorganized. Getting an appointment, having my calls returned, or even receiving basic information has been a nightmare. God forbid you need any kind of procedure done where you need a prior auth because may God help you. Just in case you are lucky enough to actually get "a surgery date because you best believe they'll send you to get blood work and all just to cancel on you the day before claiming the anesthesiologist is the one who has an issue with the schedule, when in reality THE STAFF HAD NOT SUBMITTED THE REFERRAL FROM 2 MONTHS PRIOR. I wouldn’t recommend Dr. Duffy to anyone looking for a doctor who genuinely cares about their health and well-being. I am truly questioning whether his staff even cares to do their job. Save yourself the trouble and find a different doctor.
