I have been a patient of this practice since 2020 and cannot make enough praiseworthy comments about the excellent level of care I have received regarding skin cancer and other dermatology issues. I especially want to mention PA Gina who has guided and supported me with my personal skin concerns and wellness journey. I trust her care without question and rely on her to ensure my skin health is the best it can be. He is excellent with my 10 stars ranking: 1) very knowledgeable,2) experienced, 3) very hands on, 4) efficient, 5) friendly, and 6) thoroughly 7)considerate, 8) knows the insurance, 9) treat from patient standpoint 10) number one for sure. The experience was good, but originally I was not told it might take 3 visits to finish the work. It would be nice if you were more transparent about what this. I have done this procedure before with a vascular surgeon and it was all done in 1 session. I was very surprised when they told me I have to come back and charged me extra at the checkout and when I questioned , the lady said it is deposit for next session.

About 4 yrs ago I came here to have some cherry angioma removed. I was happy with the results that late last year I came for a cool peel. I paid $2,500 for 3 sessions and immediately I told the Dr I was not happy. Not happy after the 1st not happy with the 2nd or 3rd. My brown spots did not disappear as told they would. My finger lines are still there. I'm so disappointed in the results. I was offered 1 free needling which I didn't go back for. Researching, 1 session would not do anything I would need at least 3 and I was not going to get suckered into paying one penny more. I'm out $2,500. It would have been $3,00 if I didn't pay all upfront. Discuss what is to be expected and take your own before and after pictures don't just go by their camera.
