Excellent folks, superb service, great experience. If I have to come back for surgery, I know where to go 👍

I had a procedure done on 3/3/25. Everyone who I had contact with was exceptional. They were concerned with my comfort and safety. Highly recommend them.

I had a biopsy that required anesthesia. The surgeon, anesthesiologist & medical staff were exceptional. The reason for the lower rating is - as another reviewer pointed out - the physical environment. In the basement, which clearly needs to be updated and the lack of personal privacy. The prep room is tight - curtains separate you from the next patient in a confined space. You can clearly hear private conversations. What really bothered me was the close proximity of adults with children & the privacy of dressing. The beds, curtains, and gowns clearly needed replacements eons ago. I hesitated to write this review as I have an exceptional internist and specialists at PAMF. My hope is that PAMF admin will understand that this surgical center clearly needs to be updated.

Used this surgery center for my spouse's procedure. Jen is a dream of a nurse and was very caring and helpful. Overall, everything went well. I was able to go back while preparations were made. However, when it came to recovery, I was called and alerted it would be about 25 minutes until my spouse was ready. I asked to be taken back to hear what the doctor had to say afterwards. I was in the lobby waiting, only feet from the procedure and recovery area. I was told to move the car to the 10 minute pick-up area so the nurse would be able to find me and bring me back. In hindsight, I feel this request was a ruse and I feel there was no intention to bring me back. I complied and waited and waited and waited and worried. Finally, they appeared with my husband in a wheelchair, who had been released. My husband told me he asked for me in recovery. He wanted me there to hear everything and even expressed this pre-procedure, was sure all authorizations were on file in writing, but they gave him an excuse about me having to move the car. This doesn't add up if they had intentions of bringing me back. I was only feet away in the lobby and could have been easily taken back, but, instead, I was sent to the basement of the parking garage. Now we're left with him not remembering what the doctor said due to sedatives and having unknown answers. Absolutely poor quality of care in my opinion. I am fuming and do not recommend using this facility if you are a loving spouse who wants to help and care for your loved one.

Located in the basement of the building, it is outdated and lacks privacy - I could hear all the staff talking loudly while I was in pre-op and post-op. The rooms are separated only by a curtain. I could hear all the details of the woman next to me as they discussed her condition. The "new" gurney I was on was defective and they kept banging on it trying to get the sides to stay up, while I was in the bed with an IV in my arm. Because I was the last patient on a Friday, I was rushed to get my clothes on and they did not allow my wife and I to have privacy while I dressed. I'm appalled.
