Dr. Freeland and the staff at SGO were truly phenomenal. I recently had a minor procedure that I had been apprehensive about for almost a year. Dr. Freeland took the time to carefully explain every part of the process. I felt safe and genuinely cared for, and they helped calm my nerves throughout the entire procedure. If I need surgery again, I would absolutely come back here. I’m so thankful for Dr. Freeland and this team!

Obviously I don't want to have to undergo another surgery ever again- but if I did, I would go back here again. Dr. Freeland and all of the rest of the staff were great. The staff were very friendly every step of the way from getting established as a patient, initial consultation, the surgery itself, and follow-up appointment to check on my healing progress. I went in for inguinal hernia repair (both sides). The consultation from Dr. Freeland was very thorough, and pretty much everything he told me during that initial consultation is exactly how it happened for the surgery and recovery. My recovery was quite fast- I honestly didn't believe them at first when I was told how quickly I'd recover and be back to normal activity. I had my follow-up appointment at like the 1.5 week mark, and I was told everything looked and felt good and to start working on getting back into my normal routines.

So glad my dermatologist recommended my son to go see Dr. Freeland. He is wonderful! He put our minds at ease and explained everything step by step. I felt very comfortable knowing my son was in great, caring hands. The portal, however, we cannot seem to use, so I’m having to call the office. The staff is great, but it would be easier for all of us if the portal worked. 😊

I cannot say enough good things about this office. From the moment I became a patient, the care and support I’ve received has been nothing short of exceptional. A special thank you to Deb, who has gone above and beyond for me on multiple occasions—her kindness, patience, and dedication truly set her apart. She made a stressful time so much easier, and I’m incredibly grateful for everything she’s done. It’s also such a comfort knowing that the surgeon is on call and readily available when questions or concerns come up. That kind of accessibility is rare and deeply appreciated. Dr. Padron has been phenomenal—from the first consultation through the entire surgical process and even post-op care, he has been thorough, compassionate, and genuinely invested in my recovery. It means a lot to have a surgeon who not only delivers excellent medical care but also takes the time to ensure you feel heard and supported. I highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for a team that truly cares about their patients.

This is a busy doctor's surgery center office that is short of parking behind the building so expect to park on the street at times. Be aware that insurance coverage like many medical offices is very prominent to their medical services. My son had a surgery and our insurance changed. They would not see us when an issue from the surgery came up. We even offered to pay cash just for the doctor to look at it and give us advice and a reference to another doctor but they said no we were not allowed to see his physician. We had an appointment and were in their office.
