The team at this location is top notch! Everyone was so nice and knowledgeable. The check in process was fast and easy, my appointment time was adhered to and I was in and out in less than an hour. I really liked that Dr. Schuppas took the time to explain all the pros and cons of my treatment options and look forward to having my care at this office. This is my 3rd experience with Orlando Health and they have definitely changed my mind on where I receive my care. Thank you all for such a great experience.

The medical assistant explain everything that was going to happen back in the room she took my vital signs and had me look at paperwork while I was waiting the Dr whick was a very short wait. She explain my surgery very well ans handed me some paperwork to take home and read. I just love this office. Keep up the Amazing team work.

I had a consultation with Dr. Lee today. I felt extremely nervous walking in and a little bit insecure because I’m not a cancer patient. Well, I may have felt like that walking in but I didn’t feel that way leaving. Dr. Lee was phenomenal!! I got the sense that he was genuine and really wanted to do his best to help me. He made me feel like I was a priority even though I’m not being treated for cancer. He answered every question, never hesitating. He was very thorough and explained every detail of the process. I’m thank for his graciousness and overall genuine manner.

My daughter’s insurance changed through her employer. She has had three other surgeries after her mastectomies and they were paid. She needs another one per Dr Lee her Plastic Surgeon for her Reconstruction Surgery because she keeps getting infections in her tummy which was her donor site. Her insurance approved her surgery and pay more than Medicare. The Board met to make a one time exception to accept her insurance and denied her care. It was not because they would not get paid, but because they consider they will not get paid enough. I too had a Lumpectomy and Radiation Therapy at Orlando Health. They have made enough money off of us since 2022. Their ad that runs now that they take care of people like they take care of themselves is false. They are suppose to be a “nonprofit hospital” but they have made this “all about the money”. SHAME ON THEM

I had DIEP flap surgeries in 2022/2023 with Dr Lee. In 2024 I had a complication and had another surgery which left a large fat necrosis which became infected in February of 2025. I spent a night in the ER and my stomach swelled significantly. My stomach is now deformed and I am on and off antibiotics. Management is refusing to accept my insurance and now I have to try and find another surgeon. It’s not they can’t take it, they are choosing not to take it. It is a core value plan so there is not a network it is up to each facility if they want to accept it. This would have been my 5th surgery with them. They care about money and not their patients.
