Dr. Bassin and his staff are amazing and they are absolutely wonderful! I couldn’t ask for a better team! The lazerlift surgery was 20 mins in and out and I feel like a whole new person! I did it awake without anesthesia and had no pain at all and didn’t even take any meds! My confidence and self esteem is phenomenal and I can’t wait to come back for more!! I highly recommend him and if you are on the fence don’t think twice, the Bassin center is your place to go! They are a VERY compassionate team and truly care about you!

I am 81 years old. Last year I contracted with Bassin to do a procedure that needed medical clearance. My doctor found an issue with my heart and could not give me clearance. I have been trying for more than one year to get my money refunded. Last November, they refunded a partial amount but as of today - more than one year later - they have not refunded the balance. This was not the first time I had a procedure done at their clinic and I had a very good experience. I even recommended a friend who has had 2 procedures done. They do not respond to my phone calls, my letters or even a request from the Better Business Bureau. I spoke with my attorney and she is reviewing my case (at $350.00 per hour). In the meantime, please be aware that once Bassin gets your money, you may never get it back. I am deeply disappointed with the way I am being treated given my positive experiences in the past.
