I came to this office after my som had an appendectomy and his belly button scar wasn’t great(appendectomy was not done by this office). I was recommended by 3 separate advent health workers (who were friends of mine) to go see Dr Martinez, and they did not disappoint. My son has since had surgery, not only does his belly button look great but we had the best care ever! Drs bed side manner was great, his two PAs great, all the staff I dealt with great. I can’t speak highly enough about this place. I’m so grateful I wasn’t pushed aside when I presented the problem I had with my son’s belly button. I was listened to and my son received the best care. Highly recommend.

I cannot say enough for the wonderful attention and care I received during my recent experience as a reconstructive surgery patient at the downtown Advent Hospital. Complete information from Anesthetist Indigo, visit prior to surgery with Dr. Raj, pre and post surgery personnel, all of whom were thorough, personable, and generous with their time and very considerate of my comfort.

Incredible job from Dr. RAJENDRA Fernando Sawh-Martinez! My incisions of two basal cell carcinoma in the face have minimal swelling and scar after surgery! Great office staff too. Highly recommend!!!

Dr sawh Martinez is the best of the best. He did amazing work on my daughter when she was just 3 weeks old and again 3 months. Surgery is never an easy experience especially when it’s on your child/baby. I am beyond grateful for him and his team and the passion they have for what they do. I couldn’t recommend him enough and although this has been one of the hardest things iv had to go through with my daughter he makes the experience 1000% easier with his knowledge, care and reassurance.

From the moment I arrived for my procedure, I was met with warmth, efficiency, and genuine care. Every member of the staff contributed to an experience that was not only medically excellent but also emotionally reassuring. A special mention to Randy, whose professionalism and kindness stood out in every interaction. Randy made me feel seen, heard, and supported. That said, I want to emphasize that everyone I encountered was exceptional. From check-in to discharge, the coordination, attention to detail, and positive energy were always present. The staff worked seamlessly together, creating an environment that felt safe, calm, and well-organized. I never felt rushed or overlooked — instead, I felt like a valued individual whose wellbeing truly mattered. Thank you to the entire team for making what could have been a stressful day into a smooth, uplifting experience. You set the gold standard for patient care, and I’m deeply grateful.
