Love the Dr and service we got I had surgery a year ago when a dog bite my finger tip off

Pre-op team and my doctor were great. Very patient, caring and understanding. Post-op team was not any of those things. They were rude, seemed rushed and irritated. I even asked if they were needing the room and they said no. I was barely awake, blood pressure very low but they dressed me and sent me out the door. Disappointed.

I felt my doctor was in a rush when he talked to me. He cut me off while I was explaining some things to him. He was short with me. I guess because I didn't believe everything he was saying. Now I'm going to pain clinic. This is why patients don't go to doctors. Patients are rushed, not being heard, and doctors don't believe their patients. It took me a while to come BK here. I should have stayed away.

Pre op surgery was great. Post op was horrible. They pushed me out the door while I was still under anesthesia. My advice is do not have surgery in the afternoon when they staff wants to go home.

I am a disabled person who has an Australian cattle dog for my psychiatric service dog. I was seen in the ENT department and because my dog was not able to be right next to me, he let out a small whine. Him and my husband were told go go out to the lobby and because my husband voiced his disapproval, the department manager called security and then tried to remove both my husband and service dog from the building. My dog is trained to pick up on my anxieties and not only is his whine part of his breed but also a cue that something might be wrong with me. I do not appreciate how him or my husband were treated.
