I have been coming here for many years for dysport and fillers. Beautiful and tranquil atmosphere and the most professional, respectful and kind staff. Dr. Jennifer is just an exquisite woman and Doctor. She has a positive and uplifting energy and really listens to you. She is truly radiant inside and out. This is a one-year post-op update, and I just realized I didn't posted my review—better late than never! Honestly, that alone shows how much this clinic impacted my life. When I first came in, I was overweight (not obese), but I had a very prominent double chin due to genetics. It runs in my family—my grandfather passed it down to almost everyone, and unfortunately, I got it too. It made me feel really self-conscious. From the very beginning, the staff treated me with so much kindness and respect. I was shy and insecure about my chin, but they made me feel comfortable and seen in a way I had never experienced before. On the day of my surgery, everyone was calm, supportive, and incredibly sweet. After taking my medication, the woman assisting me stayed by my side, talking to me and keeping me relaxed. When the doctor came in, he spoke with me in a way that made me feel completely safe. I remember a small poke or two—and that’s it 😅 I could feel him working, but I trusted him completely. That man has skills. After the procedure, I went home and came back the next day—and it was already gone. DISCLAIMER: I followed all of the doctor’s instructions and maintained a proper diet and exercise routine. Now, a year later, I am still so happy with my results. Not just the outcome, but the entire experience. It gave me such a confidence boost that I truly feel like a different person. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with my care. I put in the work too, but this clinic played a huge role in my transformation. I HIGHLY recommend them—especially if you’re feeling self-conscious like I was. A huge thank you to Dr. Frank for treating me like a human being and helping bring out a confidence I didn’t know I could have.

I recently completed 4 CoolSculpting sessions under my chin and had my 3 month follow-up photos taken. While I do see some improvement and a slight increase in jawline definition, the results were much more subtle than I expected. For the amount of money I paid, which was $1500. I was hoping for a more noticeable change. The staff were very friendly and professional throughout the process, and the treatments themselves were easy to get through. However, I don’t feel that my final results matched my expectations for the investment. I would encourage anyone considering CoolSculpting to have a detailed discussion about realistic outcomes and whether they are a good candidate before committing to treatment. Overall, I did see some improvement, but I was disappointed that the results were not more significant after 4 sessions.
