Dr. Prince is an outstanding doctor. He is professional, knowledgeable, and truly takes the time to listen and explain everything clearly. I never felt rushed, and he made sure I was comfortable and confident every step of the way. His attention to detail and commitment to delivering great results really stand out. The entire experience—from consultation to follow-up—was smooth and well-organized. His staff is friendly, responsive, and very helpful, which made everything stress-free. You can tell he genuinely cares about his patients and the quality of his work. I highly recommend Dr. Prince to anyone looking for excellent care.

Had an appointment at 10:15am and its almost 11:40am now and the plastics surgeon still hasnt done an assessment yet. We seen her for a minute for her to get acquainted with us and her attitude was pure trash. Which is why we changed from the previous plastic surgery in this same place. Mind you every other department in this building has been amazing to us.

Worst experience so far. Both times I went to the office I had to wait over and hour, then get back into the room and had to wait over an hour. 2+ hours just for a 7 minute conversation. To top it off, after the surgery I was given no out care instructions. I had to call several times to get on the same page with questions I had. Now it's been 6 days since my surgery and I still have bloody gauze packed up my nose and they are telling me the doctor had an emergency surgery today and can't see me till Friday, and that if I somehow missed that appointment it would be a week because he is headed to vacation. They said they tried to call and tell me Friday. But I got now call and here it is Monday and my time was wasted! They seriously do not seem to care about you down there whatsoever. I still have swelling and bleeding I don't think is normal. The surgeon has a duty to his patients he isn't upholding. From reading other bad reviews on here I'm more than a little worried and will probably go to my PCP to have the gauze removed which says online after 4 days, not 9.

This clinic is absolutely CARELESS. From the front office to the providers. Absolutely disappointing. No true care or passion to help out patients here.

The Doctor who performed surgery on me is a good Doctor and I feel he did a really good job. The office is a nightmare though. Every time they told me they were going to do something I ended up having to do it myself. “We’ll call you to schedule you in a week.” Didn’t hear from them for 3ish weeks and had to call and ask to be scheduled, this happened 3 times. Also they did not get prior authorization for my surgery, after making me wait a month for it, and are now offering no help. So I’m stuck trying to deal with that by myself. Really no one in the office is helpful and they really just don't care.
