From the moment I walked in I felt completely at ease. The staff at Bliss Medical Spa treated me like family even though it was my first visit. Krista gave me the most relaxing facial and it truly felt like a mini vacation. My skin was glowing and I did not want the experience to end. Dr. Collins was incredibly thorough, taking the time to explain my facial structure and recommend exactly what I needed. Best of all, the treatment was completely painless. Bliss truly lives up to its name!

Bliss staff are very friendly, uber reliable and the treatments are super reasonable. So far this place has been one of my favorite and best investments I’ve made. Definitely would recommend to any and all people! When you go ask for Taylor!

I cant can’t recommend Taylor at Bliss enough! She is so accommodating and always makes sure I see the results I’m looking for. What I appreciate most is how personal she makes the experience—she takes the time to really get to know me and my skin goals, and it never feels rushed or generic. Every appointment feels tailored just for me, and I always leave feeling confident and cared for!

Ella did my lash lift today and they look amazing. She was so sweet and even gave me a hand massage. 😀

Update: received a phone call from the assistant, they were very kind and attentive, realized that there was a misunderstanding and asked me to come in and meet with the Dr. As usual dr. Collins is a sweet person who listens and tries to find the best option depending on the scenario. Highly disappointed, I was in a treatment for 6 weeks didn't lose weight but put on weight, finally got to see the doctor after 6 weeks she put me in a higher dose, lost weight right away. At the end of the 2 weeks I've Called to make another appointment i was told my treatment was done and send me some pills that are used for people with addiction; the pills didn't do anything for me, but gaining weight. Called again and was told that my treatment was over asked for the doctor, couldn't talk to her. In my last conversation with the doctor we agreed that I will do the injections until I reach my desired weight and that didn't happen. Good luck getting in touch with the doctor, I reached via phone and Facebook messenger and nada. Paid almost $800 bucks for nothing. Will not recommend her as a weight loss physician, she is adorable and so kind not sure if it's her staff or where is the communication missing but it was a waste of money and time.
