I'm reading some of these negative "especially about Dr. Nada Shaban" reviews and I'm in disbelief of what I'm reading. I have been coming to this location for a long time and I have the most amazing experience. Starting with the receptionist, nurses and especially with Dr Nada Shaban. I'm in my 70's and have dealt with a lot of doctors and hospitals for myself and for my family. And I can honestly say that Dr. Nada Shaban has to be one of the finest doctors there is. From bedside manors to all the details when it comes to my health. Once again she is the best of the best in her field. Don't let those negative nonsense reviews ruin your day. And the whole Rush Oak Brook facility is right there.

I saw Doctor Peter Papagiannopoulos (ENT) to cauterize my nose. The process seemed scary but it went very smooth. The nurses and doctor were all very kind and supportive! I hope i never have to come back but if i do Peter is the guy! Thank you Rush, Oakbrook

Do not go to Dr nada shaban. I felt very upset after my appointment. the nurse was very nice and listened to me. however when the dr came in, she seemed agitated or annoyed by me being there, as i am a young adult woman with dyed hair and piercings. I had started listed my chronic symptoms and she stopped me very rudely saying "yeah yeah i only want to know about the cardio related symptoms" as if im supposed to know. After asking about possible POTS she shot me down and asked if i ever had covid, saying it could just be long covid symptoms still lasting and they would clear up within a year if i drink water, eat salt and exercise. I felt very dismissed and will NOT be seeing her again. When i asked again about POTS or dysautonomia disorders, she said "it doesnt matter if you have pots or not because theres really no treatment for it." seriously??? who graduated you from medical school? So sorry i came in right before your lunch break, but patients need to be listened to and heard whether or not you want to be there, her attitude clearly showing she doesnt. Had no bedside manners.

I’ve been to this location twice. Both times were unpleasant experiences. The receptionists are incredibly rude. For instance, today, the patients waiting were all confirming how rude they were - it certainly isn’t just me. The medical professionals are dismissive and seemingly either over worked or just have terrible manners. It’s been a horrible experience. I’d definitely recommend going elsewhere.

I've been here twice and had several interactions on the phone. With the exception of one nurse, every interaction here has been a horrible experience. With a culture like this, it is clearly a top down problem.
