Rejuvenate Med Spa

I have been seeing Carrie for 4-5 years now. She is by far the best! She’s knowledgeable about products very thorough explaining what she thinks is the best treatment for me. I’m super picky about my face, I have tried others and have been disappointed. She’s personable, friendly and never pushy. I feel very comfortable with her. Would highly recommend her to anyone.

This is my 3rd experience getting lip filler and botox at Rejuvenate Med Spa and every time it is a great experience! Marilena is so sweet and takes her time. She explains the process and even checks in with you during to make sure you are doing well. She also does a great job explaining aftercare! The front desk is also very friendly and willing to make sure you are being applied each discount for their promotions or any other discounts that might be on your account. Definitely recommend this med spa!!

The whole staff is beyond sweet and professional. I have been seeing Sydney and Deana for lashes,and they do some fast amazing lashes!! I highly recommend these beautiful ladies! I recently had an appointment with Carrie and had the best experience! She’s beautiful, explains everything to the T and just made me feel so at ease. It was my first time getting lip filler and I didn’t even feel the needle plus my lips look amazing and natural! Definitely going back!! Thank you all! 💖

EDIT ON 2/22/2025 NEW REVIEW:: while my old review still stands, Carrie is amazing and the front desk ladies were wonderful, when I called in to schedule an appointment with Carrie a few months back I was called and told that Carrie wouldn’t be in and they could have another injector do my lip filler. ABSOLUTELY NOT. I’ve used Carrie for the longest time, and will continue to only trust her and not an injector with barely any experience that specialized in a completely different medical field prior to coming over to a med spa. I was never told Carrie would not be coming back, and was offered the other female injector with no concrete answer as to Carrie coming back or not. Finally I had to snoop and knew some of her old clients only to learn that none of her prior patients were being told she is moving onto a different med spa at Defiant Health. It was like playing tag trying to figure out and get a concrete answer as to where my favorite and trustworthy injector was going. Also I learned that my old original review from way over a year ago is being used on their official website recommending Rejuvenate med spa and I definitely do not agree to that. You can check it out below, I will be attaching a picture of it. I will be scheduling all my future appointments with Carrie and Carrie only at defiant health, at her new location. With someone with years of professional experience in the field that never steered me wrong. Thankful for my amazing lip lady OLD REVIEW; The entire staff is great and friendly. The girls at the front desk are phenomenal and super welcoming. Love coming here for all of my appointments Carrie is my injector and she’s the absolute best. Could not be happier with my results every time.

Disappointing Consultation Experience – A Waste of time! I recently visited Rejuvenate Med Spa in Oakbrook for a consultation regarding facial redness. After doing my research, I knew that laser treatments could be a possible solution, so I scheduled an appointment to discuss my options with a professional. Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing from the start. My consultation was with Isabella, who, from the moment I arrived, seemed uninterested in assessing my concerns or offering any helpful advice. She quickly dismissed the possibility of treating my redness, claiming that because it wasn’t always present and wasn’t necessarily rosacea, they couldn’t treat it at all. However, she never actually examined my skin properly to determine what might be causing the redness. Despite the spa stating over the phone that I would be provided with wipes to remove my makeup for the consultation, she never gave me the option or even suggested removing it. Instead, she simply looked at my face with my makeup on and brushed off my mention of it. To make matters worse, I had driven an hour to get to this appointment, only to be met with a dismissive attitude and zero useful information. The entire experience felt like a complete waste of time. I left feeling confused and unheard, without any real guidance or recommendations for alternative treatments. If you’re looking for a thorough, professional, and informative consultation, I would suggest looking elsewhere!
