I had a chin augmentation surgery about a month ago now done by Dr Sadati and his staff. Every step of the way leading up to my surgery, during my surgery, and after my surgery was incredible in every way. All the lovely ladies in this office are so kind, supportive, and trustworthy, making me feel confident in my choice choosing The Gallery of Cosmetics. Dr Sadati is a wonderful person who always made me feel confident and assured me every step of the way. He was very communicative when it came to what we were doing and how it would be done. The thing I admired about him most was that he wants to enhance beauty and work with you, not just be the surgeon. I accompanied my sister to Dr Sadati's office for her pre-op appointment. At that visit, she introduced me. I learned about the deep plane facial and neck preservation. I was amazed at what he do for myself. The decision was easy to make after seeing his knowledge and extensive experience with this procedure. I underwent deep plane face and neck preservation with lip lift and CO2 laser skin resurfacing. Now 3 weeks post recovery, my surgery outcome turned out better than I could have imagined! I am beyond happy. I totally had a smooth experience largely due Dr Sadati's staff, especially Rhonda, Ida and Arian. I was very relaxed knowing I was in good hands on surgery morning and with my appointments to follow. I can't praise Dr Sadati's enough for my new lease on life.

Dr. Kevin Sadati performed my facelift in 2018. During the consultation, I explained that I wanted the folds around my nose to blend more naturally with my face, and I hoped to address the early signs of jowls and neck sagging. Dr. Sadati informed me that he avoids performing drastic facelifts, primarily to preserve a natural appearance and to reduce the risk of facial nerve damage. He assured me that his technique was both safe and subtle, and I trusted his professional judgment, agreeing to proceed with his recommended approach. Unfortunately, the results were disappointing. The anchoring point of the facelift behind my left ear began to sag almost immediately, creating a persistent tight, constricting, noose sensation across my neck, from ear to ear. Additionally, the left side of my lower face and jawline has not regained full sensation, likely due to nerve damage. I noticed these issues shortly after the procedure but assumed they might resolve with time as the healing progressed. I had intended to follow up with Dr. Sadati after a few years if the symptoms persisted. However, the COVID-19 pandemic disrupted those plans, and with medical offices closed, I was unable to return. Now, I feel too much time has passed. That said, I will need to find another surgeon to correct the damage or at least lift my neck to relieve the constant noose sensation I’ve been experiencing over the past seven years.
