Dr. Vyas performed my top surgery in July 2025 and I can genuinely say it was a fantastic experience. He and his team were so kind, thoughtful, and empathetic, and always took the time to answer any questions I had in great detail. He even took time to call me the day after my surgery to make sure I was doing ok. I just went in for the six month check up and everything looks great. Cannot recommend Dr. Vyas enough.

I had an amazing experience with Dr. Blechman and his team, can't recommend this team enough! The entire process was made extremely simple and any questions/concerns I had were immediately addressed. I was able to get surgery less than 2 months after my consultation. The surgery itself was way less intimidating and painful than I had expected it to be. There was little to no pain and while my movements were somewhat restricted, I felt I could go back to everyday activities right after the surgery. I can't imagine a top surgery experience gets much better than this.

They're really transparent and honest about the expectations, recovery, payment and requirements. It's super easy to contact the office, and they're also contacting you regularly about deadlines and reminders. I felt prepared before (both, the days before and just right before surgery) and after the procedure. I haven't heard much about Dr. Vyas online, so let me tell you: completely worth it. you'll feel heard and accompanied all the time and he makes sure that you get the best care possible. I stumbled upon breast surgery group after a thorough online independent search. I was a 36F and much larger during my monthly cycle. I struggled with back pain, ability to exercise to the best of my ability due to the weight strain my large breast added. Jae, the coordinator set me up for a consult with Dr. Keith Blechman. Jae is amazing and helped answer all my questions related to health insurance coverage/prior auth. Dr. Blechman’s bedside manner is excellent. He answered all my questions. I am still currently recovering but so happy with my results. Everyone at Dr. Blechman’s office is amazing and most importantly responsive! After the surgery, you meet with the PA. Margaret. She is amazing as well. I am truly grateful for the team. So much that I have referred friends with similar concerns. :)

I had such an incredible experience receiving double incision top surgery from Dr. Vyas! He is very kind and made the entire process very smooth. I paid out of pocket, and I was able to split up the payments before surgery, with the option to use CareCredit if needed. I love my results, especially as someone who had a large chest beforehand. I feel so happy and free now, and recovery was so easy! I always felt comfortable reaching out and asking questions. Even about the tiniest things. The entire team in the Manhattan office made me feel welcomed and comfortable on the day of surgery and at every post-op appointment too.
