I had an excellent experience with Dr. Reitzen and her team. The surgery went smoothly, and I felt well-informed and supported throughout the entire process. Dr. Reitzen was professional, skilled, and compassionate, answering all my questions and making me feel comfortable. He handled the entire process with my insurance company to get my surgery approved. The staff was friendly, attentive, and highly organized, ensuring that everything ran efficiently from start to finish. I highly recommend Dr. Reitzen for anyone seeking top-quality care.

I had surgery on my posterior scalp. After, working with Dr. Reitzen made two major incisions that came out largely unnoticed. I highly recommend working with her whenever you find the opportunity. The photos show the site of the incisions immediately following the surgery alongside a two week progression for comparison. As you can see, Dr. Reitzen was able to minimize scarring for what was a major surgery.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. Reitzen and the exceptional care I received. From my very first consultation, she was incredibly attentive, taking the time to listen to my concerns, answer all my questions, and thoroughly explain the procedure. She made me feel completely at ease with her professionalism, expertise, and compassionate approach. The surgery itself went seamlessly, and the level of care I received before, during, and after was truly outstanding. I couldn’t be happier with the results—she exceeded my expectations!

Currently attempting to schedule an appointment for the third time for a rhinoplasty consult. Since I live in CT and the office is in NY, I wanted to make sure my appointment day and time was still correct since I never got a confirmation anywhere. The front desk lady, who confirmed she’s the only person that schedules appointments, is the rudest person I’ve ever spoke to. She claimed I’m not in the system and have no appointment scheduled when I scheduled it over the phone with her the second time because the first time I ending up being put on schedule for work. Has no recollection of ever speaking to me apparently. Never explained that she found the correct spot I was scheduled into and then said okay well we’ll see you for your appointment tomorrow at 12 (which is when I scheduled it) and there is a $400 consultation fee… I never was informed of this fee the first two times and even when meeting Dr. Reitzen on the phone she never mentioned this. I’m clearly annoyed at this point and she’s giving me attitude the entire call just as she did last time I made an appointment. She would go silent and not respond, never said bye on the phone, just hung up on me. I do not feel very welcomed at this practice and am questioning getting surgery here now.

Posting again since my other review was mysteriously deleted. I had the worse experience at Dr. Reitzen’s office for filler and injectables. The filler was a placebo effect and didn’t even do anything waste of money, and the quality of filler used was probably expired and outdated not a common brand used. The numbing cream also did not numb me was probably expired I felt every needle going through with pain, even dentist have better numbing products. I had a hard time getting appointments as well and the wait time was over an hour past my appointment time scheduled. I left work early for no reason and was there on time but had to wait because they overbooked. I had to go back several visits to get my fillers fixed due to a botch. The doctor doesn’t listen to what the patient wants and uses whatever brands of filler they’re affiliated with or probably sponsored by. My realistic inspiration pictures of influencers that I showed as reference, were laughed at by the doctor. I only came here based on a friend’s referral and it was a terrible experience. I wish I could get a refund. There were so many red flags here and the problem is once you made payment you’re stuck with the doctor until you finish the filler amount paid for. I didn’t want to come back after the first visit and had no choice but had to because the filler amount was paid for. Run far away from this practice for injectables. Their 5 star reviews are fake.
