My experience with Nikki was invaluable to my success in achieving the results I wanted for both my Breast Augmentation and BBL. Her knowledge and expertise as an OR Plastics Nurse, really made the difference when it came down to deciding what surgeons I wanted to use and what results I could realistically achieve with each chosen doctor. She worked with me, hand in hand through every step of the process, including implant selection, procedure details all the way down to financial assistance. She is my go to whenever I want any work done and I wouldn’t consider Plastic Surgery without her. I can’t say enough about her skills and integrity as a Cosmetics Surgery Consultant. You won’t be disappointed!

Wow I am loving my experience and results! I love my consultant Nikki. She is warm, friendly, and very professional. She told me I wouldn’t be disappointed and I am not! I look and feel like a new woman. I had a breast reduction done in September of 2022(5 months ago) and I look amazing! The staff took great care of me and everything went smoothly. My new breast are sitting upright, perky and and a perfect size. I went from a g cup to a D cup. I haven’t seen my breast look like this since I was a teenager! There is very little scarring also and it’s fading by the day. I want to thank the staff as well as my consultant Nikki for my great experience and results. 😘

Everyone here is top notch and made me feel like the most important client ever. I had a BBL revision with Dr, Christopher Johnson in April 2023. The whole team from Dr. Johnson, Jelipsie and Nikki made my experience seamless. Everything from pre-op to post-op, billing and follow ups they handled with care. My questions were answered promptly. They are always respectful, friendly, joyous and considerate. I have nothing but great things to say and would recommend them wholeheartedly to everyone. I am super excited about my results. Dr. Johnson has given me the shape of my dreams and I am so grateful. I could not be more satisfied. I had 2 BBL with other providers prior to this that I was not completely satisfied. Nikki was the deal closer when it came to my surgery. She was honest, concise and extremely knowledgeable. She didn't give any false expectations and explained what was possible and realistic. My results are amazing and most importantly I look very natural, not even my family can tell I had any work done. I'm extremely happy and grateful!

The service I received was appalling and unprofessional. Nikki’s behavior comes across as highly questionable, and her referral to Dr. Johnson was a complete failure. Dr. Johnson exhibited a lack of professionalism, rudeness, and an absence of accountability. He never met me in person and promised to ship a month’s supply of Mounjaro, described as a “cringe gun” to be used once a week. However, three weeks later, I received 8 insulin syringes instead. Concerned and confused about the correct dosage, I reached out to Nikki for clarification. Despite claiming she would handle all communications with the doctor and prioritize my interests, she instead directed me to call another number that didn’t respond. When I attempted to contact Dr. Johnson directly, he blocked me. I am now out $800, with no clear instructions on how to use the medication I received. The doctor’s actions—sending the wrong medicine, failing to provide dosage instructions, and then blocking me when I sought clarification—are grossly negligent. I am planning to file a complaint with the medical board against Dr. Johnson for this misconduct.
