New York University School of Medicine: Department of Plastic Surgery

Dr. Rachel Bluebond-Langner and Dr. Zhao are amazing doctors. They treated me with respect and are always attentive to my needs and concerns.

It may be helpful for the NYU Plastic Surgery staff to reflect on the importance of patient-centered care rather than focusing on their own self importance.  I have never experienced such a lack of kindness or empathy from any medical professionals.  The staff displayed arrogance by rolling their eyes and speaking to patients in a disparaging manner.    I recommend avoiding this NYU Plastic Surgery group.
