I cannot recommend Dr. Zimm and the whole team highly enough. I debated getting a rhinoplasty for years and I am absolutely thrilled with the results (currently about 7 weeks post-op!) Dr. Zimm is an incredible surgeon - there were a couple unexpected challenges that came up during my procedure and I am so, so grateful to have had such skilled practitioner who was able to address them all and leave me with such a beautiful and functional new nose. I was definitely nervous going into this as it was my first major surgery and I felt so supported and safe the whole way through. Special shout out to the nurses and reception team as well - I had so many questions both pre and post-op and Shelby answered them all with a smile, and Priscilla took such good care of me in my post-op visits. I had previous secondary and tertiary rhinoplasties, which resulted in valve collapses and an awful outcome visually. It had a tremendous effect on not just my breathing, but also my self confidence. After numerous consults, I chose Dr Zimm. He was the one surgeon who was realistic and honest, plus I loved his aesthetic. From start to finish, I felt entirely supported by him and his staff - Shelby, Mariela, Priscilla and Susie. I was a complicated case, and am so glad I was in Dr Zimm’s hands!
