I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Sullivan and his staff. So professional but most important friendly and caring staff. They all know their job and they follow through so the whole processes goes smoothly. Dr. Sullivan is truly talented. After a horrible result from reconstructive surgery at John Hopkins. Dr. Sullivan reconstructed my entire body. I haven’t looked this good since my early 20s. He is kind, professional and humble. My only regret is not going to him first. Thank you Dr. Sullivan you’ve changed my life, and my husband’s too 😉

Dr Sullivan is my absolute hero!!! I had a bilateral mastectomy in Washington due to cancer and told my surgeon I would like breast reconstruction afterwards. Unfortunately, he left me with zero skin, making an implant only reconstruction impossible. Going through cancer treatment was very difficult, but I never thought I would be this devastated afterwards. I went to 6 different plastic surgeons. Most of them told me they couldn't do anything for me. One of them told me, she could do the DIEP flap but since I was too thin, it would take her 5 or 6 surgeries to try to put me back together. Finally Dr Welk was so honest and up front, told me about Dr Sullivan in New Orleans. We made the arrangement and went to New Orleans. Dr Sullivan was able to make me look like myself again with 2 surgeries. He and his entire staff were amazing. I would highly recommend him to everyone. Thank you Dr Sullivan!!!! I had bilateral total mastectomies with immediate TDAP reconstruction with Dr. Sullivan 4 years ago. I was so nervous about all of it, and Dr. Sullivan and his team quickly allayed my fears and took amazing care of me. The peaceful clinic, attentive anesthesia, phenomenal surgical skills and options, and private recovery hospital are unparalleled with any other healthcare experience I have ever had. I had two follow up surgeries, as can be typical, and my results are natural and look great. I actually forget that I had surgery, and nobody would ever know if I did not tell them. I never have to worry about implant reaction given it is all my own tissue. And the body contouring and perfection that Dr. Sullivan achieved in making my whole torso look great were an unexpected bonus. Dr. Sullivan is kind, gentle, caring, honest and a fantastic surgeon. I am forever grateful for what the team in NOLA is doing for women. It is truly a Godsend.

Excellent results! Dr Sullivan is a leader in the field of breast reconstruction. I had prior reconstruction surgery but when time came to redo, as implants were the best option so long ago and don’t last forever, the center was the best option option when I did extensive research. Their reputation and results are exceptional. Compromising muscle is not the standard of care and they refuse to do obsolete techniques. I spoke to other patients and gathered unbiased information to base my choices. I couldn’t be more thrilled and the thought of going out of state should not impede anyone. Make wise choices! Dr Sullivan and colleagues are top notch.

Had bilateral mastectormies with immediate SGAP reconstruction last summer and just finished the "second stage" to tidy up the donor sites two days ago. I can't say enough good things about the doctors and staff. Everyone - PAs, nurses, medical assistants, housekeeping, administrative staff - was warm and caring. By far the best medical experience I've had during my breast cancer diagnosis, surgeries, and chemo.
