I came in today to see Winter for a facial. She is AMAZING! I’ve been going to her for the past two years! She always helps me look my best ! Winter is patient, explains what she is going to be doing during my facial time and explains the benefits of the treatment. I love the products she has introduced me to and they are all wonderful Also, the staff at Nashville Cosmetic Surgery are so sweet and helpful and I always feel welcomed. Even when they have several people at front desk, there is always someone there to greet you and make you feel comfortable. I would like to give a big shot out to Winter, Kelly and Holly. They are the best! I highly recommend this group to very one. There are many treatments they offer and you should check them out. Non-surgical and Surgical. Consultations are offered if you need to see what treatment fits you the best.

Save your time and skip this place. It's the most unprofessional establishment I've encountered. As an experienced (15 years) medical/laser aesthetician, I was shocked when they argued with me about my treatment plan just to push an unnecessary and expensive laser treatment. The Nurse Practitioner Lori charges about $2,500 more than the other practitioners there. There are many other laser and cosmetic medical spas in town that offer fair prices without upselling unnecessary treatments.
