Dr. MaDan did my chin liposuction, a procedure I have wanted for 15+ years. I was a little nervous going in as it was my very first plastic surgery experience. Dr. MaDan and her staff immediately made me feel so comfortable, and by the end of my consultation, I went from anxious and a little ashamed to confident and proud to be booking my procedure! Dr. MaDan informed me of risks and recovery and it felt like she really cared about my wellbeing in every step of the process. On the day of my procedure I was not nervous because Dr. MaDan made me feel informed and ready. I was awake for the entire process and it was still so easy! Easier than getting a tattoo for me personally. Beyond is a calming and beautiful space with a skilled and caring staff that I would recommend to anyone. This is the best cosmetic thing I have ever done for myself—a great way to bring more confidence to my 30’s!

Dr. MaDan and her staff were incredibly responsive and genuinely friendly. During my consultation, she took the time to get to know both me and my boyfriend and made sure she fully understood what I hoped to achieve with my breast implant replacement. She was very informative, never rushed, and asked thoughtful questions throughout the process. When she examined my breasts, she was extremely thorough—she even pointed out small imperfections I hadn’t noticed in the 15 years I’d had my implants. She was confident about being able to correct them, which gave me so much reassurance. The surgery center and nursing staff she works with were also wonderful. They reached out proactively to review everything I needed to prepare for surgery and were just as friendly and helpful as her in-office team. I’m now four months post-op, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. My breasts look amazing. I highly recommend Dr. MaDan.

If you're looking into a breast augmentation I highly recommend Dr MaDan and her team. I had a consult with another Nashville surgeon prior to visiting BEYOND that left me anxious and uncomfortable, and my experience with Dr. MaDan was the complete opposite experience in the best way. I felt heard, comfortable, educated, and like I was talking to a friend. I am so excited for my surgery and confident that I'll love the results.

I had my breast augmentation consultation with Olivia MaDan yesterday and she was absolutely amazing! She was very informative, made me feel so comfortable, and explained everything clearly. They also used Crisalix 3D imaging, which was so helpful to see what my results would look like beforehand. The staff was incredibly kind and welcoming. Overall, such a great experience!

I do NOT recommend this place. I paid $700 for a mole removal on my face (for the second time) with Dr. Madeen, and the results have been very disappointing. Instead of healing flat as I was told, I was left with a raised scar. The doctor only followed up with me twice. Shortly after, the scar suddenly became bright red and raised overnight. I was very concerned and called the office to have her examine it and determine whether it could be a keloid or something more serious. Instead of seeing me, I was told she would not be able to see me again. Based only on a photo I sent, I was advised to use Aquaphor and was referred to a dermatologist because she has decided not to perform these procedures anymore. This is extremely frustrating. If a doctor chooses to perform a procedure, they should take responsibility for proper follow-up care. Patients should not be passed off to another provider, especially without prior notice. Had I known this in advance, I would not have gone through with the procedure. When I spoke with the office manager, I was told the doctor had already seen me twice, which did not address my concerns at all. Overall, this experience has been disappointing and stressful, and I would not recommend this provider. Also , people there are so unprofessional and not helpful . Save yourself and go somewhere else
