However, the office atmosphere and compassionate nature of the receptionist, intake coordinator and the doctor’s assistant put me in a calmer mood. Dr. Hogan listened attentively to my story about the dilemma with my wisdom teeth. He did not rush me or preach to me about the do’s and don’ts. Dr. Hogan quietly listened, then examined my mouth and gave me his “bottom line” decision about my wisdom teeth. I sincerely appreciated his manner and delivery.
