My first time at Frantz Eye Care in Naples. The facility is very upscale and very professional. The staff and assistants were all very respectful. Dr. Vaziri is the best. Very smart, attentive and diagnosed my medical issue almost immediately. I would highly recommend Frantz Eye Care for anyone looking for the best eye care in the SW Florida area.

I was impressed from start to finish with Frantz Eye Clinic! The offices are new, well maintained, and great location, receptionists were welcoming and efficient; technicians and assistants were all diligent, knowledgeable, and well trained, and lastly , Dr Vaziri was efficient, professional, and thorough in his exam and evaluation of the condition of my eyes! I strongly recommend Frantz Eye Clinic with a 5 star rating!!!

This location has serious administrative issues. Wait times too long, so many waiting rooms for a routine appointment. Takes hours to complete. Had a follow up question for them. Called three times, no one answers the phone but worst, no one returns messages. Even the main number call center is not helpful. They simply transfer you to extensions where no one answers. I did an internal review for them, much like this one, and got an email response that said "if you want to discuss your issues, call blah blah blah" or email blah blah blah. This is not the way you handle a patient who has complained in writing . . . really, you want me to call? How about someone giving me a call? As much as this practice spends on advertising and bragging about how great they are, one would expect excellence.
