I'm so thankful for Dr. Rubach's incredible skill and talent in fixing my nose. He did something I never thought could be done. After a rough experience with a previous rhinoscopy years ago, my nose was deformed, but Dr. Rubach’s expertise turned things around perfectly. Dr. Rubach performed surgery on my nose to correct issues with my setpum. I was referred to him by another healthcare professional who explained to me that Dr. Rubach and his team were the people that other doctors and healthcare proessionals go to for their own health concerns. Simply put, Dr. Rubach and his entire team at Rush in Aurora exceeded all of my expectations. It's without hesitation that I give him and his entire team my highest recommendation.

After receiving consultations from 3 other plastic surgeons, I decided to go with Dr. Rubach and I am glad I did. I chose Dr. Rubach because I was convinced that he would give me the most natural looking outcome possible. Everyone I saw in his office (staff and patients) looked natural- no one had that waxy appearance I've seen in other surgeons offices, or eyelids that were too tight to shut or any of the other disasters that are unfortunately too common with cosmetic surgery. Dr. Rubach performed an upper and lower eye lift on me and also suggested I try Voluma, which I am glad I did. I recommend that anyone seeking cosmetic surgery or other cosmetic procedures (Botox, fillers, etc.) see Dr. Rubach for a consultation. I have no regrets and will not consider going to anyone else in the future.

I received Botox in July 2024. At that visit, I was administered 35 units of Botox in my forehead and frown area by Veronica. Unfortunately, the injections were administered in a manner that caused significant pain, bruising, and welts. By the fifth day, I noticed visible irregularities—specifically, the area above my brows appeared raised and uneven rather than smooth. I promptly contacted the office to report this, and I also sent photographs documenting the issue. Over the following months, I sent multiple emails and returned to the office after two months, believing that sufficient time had passed for the Botox to settle. At that appointment, I received additional injections in the middle of my forehead in an attempt to smooth out the lines forming due to the raised area. However, this did not resolve the problem. Despite my repeated communications and documented concerns, Veronica failed to acknowledge the possibility of improper technique or product issues and offered no resolution. As a paying customer who has consistently received Botox treatments for years without incident, I found this dismissive and unacceptable. I DO NOT recommend Veronica as your injector at Dr Rubach’s office. A year later, and my forehead looks the same, which leads me to believe she injected too deep, too shallow, or in the wrong spot, which then the Botox spreads to unintended muscles which creates the heaviness and uneven bulges above the brows which is what I’m experiencing in my forehead. 👎
