Dr. Stephanie Ali is professional and compassionate. The nurse who assisted her welcomed me and was there with her kindness. The front desk was helpful and friendly. The pharmacist was ready with medication. Thank you everyone, as they worked seamlessly. I felt like I well taken care as they soothed my nervousness.

Wonderful experience with the pharmacy! I was at a different Derek location (Geneva) earlier in the day. I decided at the time to try to get my prescription filled at Walgreens to save a little bit of money. Turns out the same prescription ointment was over $20 more! I was on my way to Warrenville for another appointment and the Naperville Derek location was just a few minutes away. Walked right in to the pharmacy counter and the worker was very kind and helpful. Pulled up my prescription on the computer and filled it within a few minutes! Seamless experience and great customer service. Thank you!!

I had a surgical procedure. The office was spotless. The staff was friendly and kept me updated. Dr. Park was one of the nicest Dr. I have ever met. Glad I got to treat with her. Knowledgeable and kind. Thank you so much.

The medical center was the cleanest medical center I have ever been in. Dr. park’s was professional , caring and a great surgeon. The staff were amazing. Heidi, who check me in was so caring and professional. Safya, the medical assistant who was guiding me through the entire procedure was excellent. I was so glad I decided to pick Derick Dermatology as my medical center for all my dermatology needs. I would recommend this facility to everyone.

The staff is nice and polite and the facility is clean, but the practice’s management is the issue. I needed a refill for my child’s acute rash, but the office refused without provider approval. After waiting hours with no response, I called and was told that because the nurse practitioner wasn’t in the office, no one could help. There was no medical professional available for urgent-but-not‑ER situations, which most practices provide. At Derrick’s, if the nurse who saw you isn’t in, you’re essentially on your own.
