Evolve Med Spa

If you are looking for a new injector, I highly recommend Jessica! I went to Evolve Med Spa for the first time a little over a week ago and it exceeded all of my expectations. Jessica gave me a full syringe of lip filler and it has healed perfectly. The entire office was very clean and she was sweet and professional.

I had an excellent experience at Evolve Med Spa. I received laser hair removal, and Dr. Jessica took the time to thoroughly explain the procedure beforehand. She was very gentle, professional, and continuously checked in with me throughout the treatment to ensure I was comfortable and tolerating the laser well. Her knowledge and attentiveness immediately put me at ease. I left with smooth skin and, most importantly, no burns or rashes. I highly recommend Dr. Jessica and absolutely plan to return for continued treatments and additional services.

Evolve MedSpa in Hoboken has been my “go to” for many years. Everyone there is outstanding, professional and kind. I always feel like I’m walking in to visit girlfriends. My go to facials are diamond glows with dermaplaning with Caroline and Scarlen. You really do glow! I receive my tox with either Deanna or Silvana. Both providers are equally talented. My most recent treatment obsession is microneedling which Silvana did. I held off for way too long being nervous about redness and down time. I had my full face and neck done, and the results are beyond what I could’ve imagined! I was only red for about 48 hours, and then my skin was perfect! Do yourself a favor and invest in your skin. They have wonderful offers and memberships available. I will never give up this membership!

Love this place! Had my first appointment with Jessica for lip filler today. I Was taken back on time, and Jessica pulled my forms right up and got me numbed. I waited about 20 minutes with the numbing cream on. They also offer a dental block if the numbing cream doesn’t do enough for you, but I was completely numb with just the cream. Jessica was so personable and gentle, I barely had any bruising afterwards which is a first for me! The spa was clean and professional. My only suggestion would be to offer numbing cream when you first arrive for your lip filler appointment so that customers don’t have to wait more after being brought back to the room. Highly recommend, will definitely be back!!

My experience at Evolve Med Spa was extremely disappointing. I purchased a $150 package for facial laser hair removal, specifically for my neck and chin area. I completed an intake form online, but when I arrived five minutes early for my appointment, they had no record of it. I was handed an iPad to fill out the form again and waited 15 minutes past my appointment time while the front desk staff had an extended conversation, leaving two customers waiting in the reception area. When I was finally taken back, the esthetician asked what I was having done. I explained I had an appointment for my chin and neck, and wanted to add my lip area. She informed me the price wasn't $150 as advertised, but $200. I was shocked but said I at least needed the chin done. She returned with a quote of $400 for just my neck and chin, and $550 if I added the lip area. Out of desperation and already seated in the chair, I nearly agreed to the inflated price. I mentioned that this was more expensive than my dermatology office charges. Jessica, the esthetician, rudely responded: "These are not my prices, these are Evolve's prices, and you don't have to complete your appointment." At that point, I gathered my things and left. Additional concerns: For a med spa charging premium prices, the cleanliness was mediocre at best—I'd rate it a 5/10. I was offered water upon arrival; at these prices, I expected far better hospitality. The staff was unprofessional and unfriendly throughout my visit. I will never return to this establishment. One star, given only for the convenient Montclair, NJ location.
