The hospital staff is fantastic, my ICU nurses, Gabby, Nicole, Christy 100% professional, polite, knowledgeable, funny and charismatic. Nicole was awesome when my leg was so bad she told Dr right away what she thought what was wrong with me and they were fantastic. She did everything to try to keep the pain away. Gabby was very funny and so easy going always there when I needed her with a great big smile. Christy also very knowledgeable and on top of everything. All assistants also were awesome especially Gavin, so a great big Kudos to all and I recommend this hospital to everyone, thank you for everything.

My husband was in the Neuro ICU this week, it was a scary time for us but the one bright light through all of it was our nurse Hernan. He is so amazing, very knowledgeable but with the kind of truly warm heart and kind nature that you don’t see too often anymore. What a credit to this establishment he is. We are very grateful for him. 🥰🥰

I had a heart procedure performed on 5/28/2026. I normally do not post reviews but I just want to let anyone who's preparing for a heart or an angiogram procedure, this is the place. I went in worrying about staying alive or dying. The staff there are the best professionals.I left feeling fantastic. Thank you. 😷

Nurses are rude it’s like they don’t want be here and believe we don’t either . They are so unprofessional and beds are not comfortable. I am the wife and I ask how get to the cafe so I can eat and they just threw map at me said here . Not very nice people at all. If you do not want be here then do not . Sorry For Atkinson . Now she spilled my ice and act like it my fault and was rude . I was even going it up my self. I been here for 7 days now . Most nurses have been nice . But one she was rude made me fill like she to good to take care of hubby . Her name is Kris. Amber was awesome assistant. She deserves to be recognized. She cared and was sweet . Doctor was very nice and understanding. I have spent so much money on food that wasn’t the greatest . My husband got better food than I did .

My 81 y/o mother had a knee replacement here on Monday. The medical professionals are competent and did a fine job. No one has much bed-side manner, but you kind of get used to it. The post-op nurses are terribly overworked, but do the best they can. However, the facility itself and the general hospital staff are terrible. Uneducated and lazy. Admitting didn't know how to take insurance information. Pharmacy didn't know how to find credit card on file. Meds, which should've been available pre-op, were only delivered by discharge after MUCH urging. The worst are the conditions patients must put up with for an overnight stay. You are first moved to a 'ward' w/ countless other post-op patients while they tell you they are waiting for a room to become available. A real room was never an option, one comes to find later. Then, 2hrs later, they move you to an area pictured here where you essentially have no more than a curtain surrounding a small bed with at least 10 other patients in the same area...and this is where you spend the night. Quiet hours are not monitored and people are allowed to have visitors talking loudly until 11p. Lights, which are supposed to be dimmed by 8p, were only turned out at 10p by request. I couldn't get her out of here fast enough and provide some real patient care. I wouldn't recommend someone take their dog here for health care.
